My favorite by far is Corey. His story (if you get all the cops) and his battle are one big wake-up call, to me at least. Once I stopped being scrubby and losing to Julia, he was the first really tough battle in the game for me (not counting Chatot, that thing is the devil). It's also when I realized that this isn't "just another fanmade game". Up to that point, all we saw either already happened (the poisoned lake, whatever happened to make Florinia the way she is (which the game only briefly mentions twice)) or we're showing up as the "janitor" (the whole Tangrowth mess). With Corey, we're get the full depressing experience. We get his current self, his beliefs, his end, but most notable his backstory. While reading that, I was just...overwhelmed. 3rd place is sort of a three-way tie with Radomus, Cain and Aya, while Dr.Connal became #2 while I was reading this.

Aggron, with a set of Metal Burst, Heavy Slam, Head Smash, Stealth Rock/Superpower/Body Slam. Make it Sturdy so that, even in a Ground/Fighting gym, Metal Burst lets it take out at least one foe. Although I'd say there's far better. Durant, Escavalier, Excadrill, Magnezone, Empoleon, Metagross and Bronzong would all be better than those two. Durant essentially has 190 Base Attack due to Hustle, Excadrill is at it's best if you have someone set Sandstorm, Empoleon is usually great especially if bred in E12 but you'd already have a Water type so that's a no, Bronzong takes advantage of the fun fact that Trick Room does not affect the power of Gyro Ball. Escavalier, Magnezone and Metagross are pretty obvious.

Sylveon is impressive. Before evolving Eevee to Sylveon, have it learn Trump Card at level 45. Pixilate gives TC's last use have 390 BP. There's also Heliolisk (especially in sunlight), Gengar is best if you train it in E12 and breed Sludge Bomb and Thunderbolt via Stunfisk>Grimer>Gengar, there's Chandelure (especially in Trick Room)(E12: Energy Ball via Petilil/Lotad>Phantump>Chandelure), Exeggutor in Trick Room (E12: Sludge Bomb via Grimer>Phantump>Exeggcute), Reuniclus (especially in Trick Room)(E.Ball the same way as with Chandelure), Roserade (E12: Sludge Bomb and Extrasensory via Grimer>Phantump>Exeggcute>Roselia (not Budew), also give it Technician as Ability and Hidden Power), Clawitzer (E12: Ice Beam via Remoraid), Ampharos in Trick Room, Shell Smash Omastar, Flogres, Empoleon (E12: Ice Beam, Scald and Agility via Panpour(Scald)>Buizel(Agility)>Remoraid(Ice Beam)>Piplup), Liligant, Nasty Plot Crobat, Nasty Plot Houndoom... ...would be some that haven't been mentioned by others yet (or just great movesets for already mentioned ones).

Don't quote me on either of the following 2 statements since it's been a while since I saw this but: 1) Ame has stated somewhere that she dislikes the idea of gym leaders sitting in their gyms all day even long past the gym battle, like they are not actual people with lives of their own. Maybe Julia did go for some more coffee. 2) Wasn't there a news report about some gym leaders taking action (or preparing to) after they heard about the barrier PULSE? Maybe that's where they are. Victoria isn't a gym leader, but that doesn't rule out her being there, maybe G.Gardevoir simply thought she wasn't worth a mention?

Well, I did learn German solely by listening to TV, that was probably the third time in my life I wrote on German, don't really get many chances to read it either, sorry 'bout any mistakes. I actually know it's habe, but, I dunno, I just liked the "sound" of hab better there. Hilda.

Yeah, that's only for Ace Members, a.k.a. those who posted 500+ times and got a certain item from the site shop, so you can't do it yet. I'd also seriously advise to wait with evolving Sewaddle until level 31. That's when, unlike Swadloon and Leavanny, it gets the coveted Sticky Web. Leavanny also really put in some work against Radomus/Luna for me with STAB X-Scissor and I didn't even have it use Swords Dance. In doubles, the AI always prefers to hit super-effectively, so if you lead with Leavanny and *insert Grass/Poison type here*, you can get SD without problems. Others to look into that haven't been mentioned are Gogoat, Exeggutor if you need Speed/Trick Room, Wormadam due to early evolution and later on Gourgeist and Trevenant.
