  1. Gen 6 breeding has been super simplified. TMs don't get passed on anymore (curse you Nintendo), but both parents pass on Egg Moves. What Egg moves a Pokemon can get can be viewed online, I use Bulbapedia. Here: That's part of Azumarill's page, the "By Breeding" section is about Egg moves. Let's say you want Belly Drum and Aqua Jet (believe me, you want them). Basically, you breed anything listed to be able to pass on one of the moves and breed it with whoever you want the move on. We start with Belly Drum, so you take a male Poliwag/Poliwhirl which has learned Belly Drum and we breed it with your Azumarill, if it's female (if not, breed it with a Ditto, the egg will be of a Marill of random gender). What hatches from that^^ will be a (hopefully female) Marill with Belly Drum. To get Aqua Jet, do the same. Breed a male whatever with Aqua Jet with that (female) Marill with Belly Drum. You'll get the Egg of a Marill with Aqua Jet and Belly Drum. Note that when breeding, abilities, natures and gender of an egg are random. If you don't get a satisfying one, get another egg. Also, a nature can be passed on from parent to child if the parent holds an Everstone while in the Daycare. The egg you get will be the same species as the female parent, by the way. Also, if I list a Pokemon like Liepard to be used in breeding, you could use Purrloin as well, the only important part is that it's part of that evolutionary line and that it has the moves you want to pass on. And here we go: Honestly? I'd say "rebuild" Charizard. How does Dragon Dance, Outrage/Dragon Claw, Flare Blitz sound? ...as a fourth, not too much good stuff is available, but same can be said about Special Charizard. I guess you could go for DD, Outrage/DC, FB and Wing Attack/Brick Break/Shadow Claw. Of those only DD and Outrage would be bred on, and the chain for those is Druddigon>Horsea>Charizard. With a physical set, Solar Power is useless, but I doubt you got much use out of it anyways. I'd also say a speed boosting nature would be best. Timid, if physical. Your team isn't too bulky, so wearing the foes down with Poison won't work all that well. And although there aren't too many good physical moves for it, there are still some. Like Play Rough and Double-Edge. Regarding Dark moves, you have Night Slash, Crunch and Punishment. I'd recommend Punishment as it gains another 20 BP on top of it's base 60 per enemy buff, capping at 200.And you could also use some Black Sludge along with it. As a third move, I'd recommend Acid Spray, but Screech and Memento can be used as well, all of which are for support. Agreed Mik, Belly Drum and Aqua Jet is the standard set for a reason. Along with Superpower and Play Rough, or maybe Bounce if you need a Flying move more than a Fairy or Fighting move. Just look up for directions. Also, Quick Claws are not only pointless if you use Aqua Jet, but also super-unreliable as they only activate 10% of the time. Like burning a foe with that Charizard's Flamethrower. Now, how often have you done that? You can get Bounce, Fake Out and Double Slap. You can see above how on a similar example. Technician or Skill Link, it's your call. No Swift pls, its special attack is terrible. Not too many foes will have a higher attack stat than Zoroark's Special attack, so you're better of using Night Daze. I'd seriously recommend Extrasensory on it as well, gotten through Nuzleaf or Vulpix. Due to it's lack of bulk, Nasty Plot may be hard to set up, so a good Hidden Power type could be more useful, depending on the situation. Aaaand that's that. If you don't want to change team members anyways. Hope I could help, and do feel free to PM me should you need any help on breeding.
  2. By Shade, I think you mean Chandelure? Sticky Web will let almost anything outspeed it. Then, BubbleBeam Masquerain, Destiny Bond Vespiquen (maybe)...whatever works.
  3. 1. TMs don't get passed on. 2. Egg moves are passed on by both parents, not just the father. That's all they did and I hate #1.
  4. Well, Vespiquen still is 4x weak to Rock, setting up with it may not be that easy at all. Oh well, if things go south, use 2 Sleep Powder QD Venomoth and hope for 3 turns of sleep each or something.
  5. Eh, I'd use Head Smash, but along with Sturdy and Metal Burst. That way, even against an unfortunate type match-up, it can take down at least one foe.
  6. You'll be called next time he shows up, just keep that Master Ball ready....and away from me. Valiant.
  7. Nothing whatsoever. Except for one word: Rose
  8. Since he said thanks and this topic went without posts for so long, I assume he got it. Also, since the topic went so long without posts, it probably should've stayed that way = no necroposting pls.
  9. Corey's dialogue post-gym-battle changes if you find all police officers before you get to the Taka and Zel double-battle.
  10. They just gave it a cape, recolored it's arm blade thingies and removed the shrapnel (as I call it) from it's chest. Well, that's still better than Mega Sharpedo, I guess. Vinny.
  11. Yeah, that one's been around for as long as Agate itself.
  12. Welcome, friend! Or just welcome, depending on whether that last part was supposed to be an innuendo jk. Do drop by my domain the Team Showcase section if you want some in-game team help/advice.
  13. As you wish. To list everything viable then: Ew, Butterfree. -Whenever you get to Jasper and find yourself a Sewaddle, wait with evolving it. Unlike Swadloon and Leavanny, it gets Sticky Web at level 31. Or solo the game because you'll have a freaking Leavanny, what more do you need. ------Durant with Hustle is a monster everyone should use, you included. -Even though Sleep has been nerfed, Sleep Powder Quiver Dance Venomoth is still viable, just don't get too greedy with the buffs. Just note that Venomoth trivializes some of the current gyms. -Considering when it evolves, Ariados could be quite useful against Florinia. Could. It also gets Psychic, which you could use for breeding if you'll use E12's breeding on occasion. -If you'll allow it, Skorupi's evolution can annihilate Luna and Radomus (if you get it Swords Dance from Ninjask). -As gimmicky as it is, Shedinja has quite a few uses. In fact, I think Serra (first gym leader that came to mind) has only one way to damage it, Froslass. -If you can get it right now (with the patience to Headbutt trees for half a day), Vespiquen would be great against both Florinia as well as Corey (dat Gust). -Yanmega actually gets Psychic from Venomoth/Ariados if you breed them in E12-, but even without it, it's still a great addition. -Baton Pass Scolipede will help you out greatly as many bug types aren't all that fast. -Whenever you get to it, Heracross>Pinsir. It also gets EQ and Rock Slide from Geodude>Dwebble>Heracross in E12. With some Speed boosts from Yanmega, it would be unstoppable. -Ninjask's Speed Boost BP may be superior to Yanmega's due to the fact that it gets Swords Dance, but it's far too frail to reliably set up SD and live to pass it on. Although it does get Protect from E12 Pineco. -Weak Armor Shell Smash Crustle is a force to be reckoned with. It also gets EQ from E12 Geodude. -Escavalier is great as well, albeit a bit slow. Keep in mind it also get Drill Run from a tutor...somewhere, I can't remember where exactly. -Galvantula gets Energy Ball from Petilil/Lotad>Paras>Joltik.
  14. Ekans is your friend here. It evolves early enough and gets Glare, Wrap, Acid Spray and Screech. Venomoth can also wreck them if you have the patience to get it to level 31 to evolve it. It'll destroy Zel's Umbreon and Espeon as well as Taka's Lileep with Bug attacks and Tangrowth with Psychic attacks. Also, Whimsur's evolutionary line with Soundproof takes away Chatot's most annoying move.
  15. If you don't mind "cheating", you could go back to the circus, load the game from an E12 version of the game and go back from there (I think).
  16. Looks like I'm late to the party, but it's still not too late for me to do my thing: Pyroar is an early-game Pokemon. Really, there's plenty of other Pokemon you can use, most notably Arcanine, which is better in all regards (including movepool) except for a little bit of Speed. But if you want to keep Pyroar, make it Specially offensive, Moxie is kinda wasted on it with those stats. A set of Flamethrower, Dark Pulse, Hyper Voice, Fire Spin (buffed in gen 6/E13) and/or some Hidden Power would be best for it. Wood Hammer is waaaay better than Razor Leaf, the recoil doesn't matter much. You could also breed it with a Druddigon for Superpower and a Cubone/Sunflora/Aron/Bergmite for Body Slam (30% paralysis chance). There are better Water types, with either more attacking power, or similar power and the ability to actually take a hit or two. Huge Power gives Azumarill basically 150 base attack. I'd recommend Superpower, Play Rough, Aqua Jet (via Floatzel would be easiest for you) and Belly Drum (via Poliwag/whirl). Swampert is incredibly bulky and has an attack stat almost the same as Floatzel's. I'd recommend Earthquake, Dive/Waterfall, Hammer Arm and Avalanche (via Bergmite) Kingdra can get it's best moves if you go back to E12 or earlier to breed. Panpour>Psyduck/Floatzel>Remoraid>Horsea gets it Scald, Ice Beam and Signal Beam. Empoleon is similar to Kingdra, E12 is where it's at. Panpour>Floatzel>Remoraid>Empoleon gets Empoleon Agility, Ice Beam and Scald. Walrein is also pretty good. Get Signal Beam via Mareep/Remoraid. Arcanine gets Close Combat from Primeape. Other than that, Flare Blitz or Heat Wave, Outrage and Extreme Speed/Agility are great for it. I'm also not sure whether Retaliate works properly, I know it didn't in E11, maybe E12, thus maybe E13. Emolga is also better of early on, not too great later, but if anything, I'd recommend swapping Acrobatics for Air Slash (S/Woobat or Farfetch'd), it's weaker but ahs a 30% flinch chance and you could actually use some items. It also lacks the bulk to actually utilize Static properly. You're much better of giving it Motor Drive. Bronzong is better of with Levitate than with Heatproof. Instead of turning one weakness into a neutrality, it's better to turn another into an immunity. Ground attacks are also much more frequent. Gyro Ball is pretty much the best move in Bronzong's arsenal. Heal Block is kinda pointless, seeing as it doesn't prevent the usage of items Beside Gyro Ball and Extrasensory, in descending order, I'd recommend Payback, Iron Defense, Metal Sound and/or Confuse Ray. Scrafty can get Dragon Dance from Altaria/Horsea, the Elemental punches if you breed Hitmonchan>Buneary>Scrafty and or Zen Headbutt from Tauros/Psyduck/Spoink. Nasty Plot Houndoom is best Houndoom. Seriously, just go for Nasty Plot, Flamethrower, Dark Pulse and some Hidden Power. Flash Fire would also be way better. I'd also say Thunder Fang wouldn't do too well on it. Against Flying types, maybe, but you're unlikely to one-shot Water types with it, at that point it's better to just switch in something else entirely. Sigilyph is pretty good at setting up dual screens (Light Screen and Reflect). In which case, you should give it some Light Clay. Claydol's Sandstorm really doesn't help anyone on your team as far as I can see. Earth Power and Extrasensory are obvious STAB choices. Rock Tomb is better than Ancient Power. Hyper Beam is a very bad move. Claydol and Shuckle are actually the worlds(?) only viable users of Power Split, though you still won't get too much out of it (I think), due to Claydol's 70 base power. Well, not like it gets any other viable moves anyways (Rapid Spin? Explosion? Mud Slap?), so you might as well roll with that. You really seem to like the slow bulky type Energy Ball and Wring Out are definitely moves you should go for. We do have the Sludge Wave and Infestation's TMs. Stockpile's also pretty good. Hidden Power is useful and you could also go back to E12 and nick Rock Polish from Binacle. Although I'd say Heat Wave>Flamethrower, you can't get it if you go back to E12, but that way (and back then) you could get yourself Energy Ball instead (Deerling/Sawsbuck). Hidden Power, Extrasensory and Dark Pulse are all moves worth looking at as well, maybe even Nasty Plot. It's physical and special stats are sorta similar, so you could even go for Flare Blitz. Psychic, Bug Buzz, Quiver Dance and Giga Drain (Paras/Shelmet/Beautifly) oughta do it. Electric types aren't too good in Reborn, really. If you do want to stick with it, Intimidate would be better. Wild Charge, Crunch and some of the Fangs (breeding would be good for it. At the end of E13, there's a glitch with Ice sliding and Strength Rocks you can use to get a Toxic Orb, in which case you should go for Guts and Facade (game corner's TMs). Nnnnnnope. Eeveelutions except for Sylveon really aren't all that good in Reborn, sorry 'bout that. Welp, that's that. Do feel free to send me a PM or two should you want or need some breeding advice/details on breeding.
  17. *Leavanny used Knock Off! The foe Vinny lost it's Cookies!*
  18. You could get Superpower from Druddigon, Head Smash from Tyrantrum/Rampardos, Stealth Rock from Tyrantrum, Body Slam from Tropius, and Metal Burst Sturdy Aggron is also pretty sweet.
  19. Revival...well, let's follow Reborn logic! Start throwing Cotton Candy at him and let's see what happens, Vinny!
