I still don't quite think that the ice blockade is caused by a PULSE. All the other ones we've seen work differently. Tangrowth's and Garbodor's PULSEs affected as much around them as they could, they spread all over the place, while Abra's and Clauncher's kept happening while just being ampilifiers. The thing looks too "neat" to have been created by a PULSE and there's only one of them (not to mention that there's really no move/ability that creates Ice like that).

Wouldn't the sewers technically be part of the Azurine Lake? So isn't that part of the Muk PULSE's AoE as well?

Nah, I think the train station was just regular explosives. They also bombed the Grand Staircase and neither blast did much. Considering the huge area of effect all the other PULSEs had, there's no way the explosion would've been that short-ranged or weak enough for the exterior of the station to hold up. I doubt they've got one-and-done PULSEs whenever they want to blow stuff up. We also stole booms from their first factory, I doubt that was their entire stash. As for all other PULSEs, I don't think we've seen all there have been, maybe we never will. Just like how we never would've known about that Abra PULSE had we shown up at their base at any other time, or how we found the Wasteland's PULSE waaaay after it did it's job.

Agreed on Kuro's hood, although I'd also like to add that the light(?) on his left arm seems off to me. Also, about Alice, the third image's left arm looks "wider" than I think it should be.

Not Guts. Status conditions that works with "properly" without hindering you too much are Poison and Burn which is even harder to be inflicted with than Po, and how often have we seen those? Whether you go for Sheer Force or Thick Fat entirely depends on what you want it for. It's not that good in the long run, but it destroys Florinia's Cradily, against which I go with Sheer Force. I assume Hariyama could also be quite good against Serra, where Thick Fat would be the better ability to have.

Scope Lens boosts crit rates. Zoom Lens boost a moves accuracy by 20% if you're slower than the foe (Head Smash thus has 96% accuracy, not 80 + 20), they can be bought in the Dept. Store. Wide Lens always boosts accuracy by 10%, but they can currently only be found on wild Yanma.

Y'know, you could just go back to E12 to get Spiritomb and Gulpin, since it seems like your problem may be with E13. They were available in the same way back in E12 as they are now, so it would be "legit".
