Y'know, you could go back to E12 and breed Double Team. Using a Pikachu is the fastest way. I'd also say Shadow Ball>Hidden Power, 80>60 BP. Keep in mind, Barrier is worthless against Special Attackers. You could also get Echoed Voice along with DT (Pyroar/Spritzee>Pikachu).

1.I don't think performance should be a problem. 2.I assume you mean the site's money (Reborn Rupees). If so, you get it by posting in any section except for "Etcetera". Keep in mind, the Trainer Cards are currently broken, if that's what you wanted to buy. -
Hidden Power always has 60 BP since gen 6. You could just breed a new one if you want TC. Considering most attacks of the types you're weak to are physical, Barrier would be good.

You're actually mistaken about Frost Breath. It's been buffed to 60 Base Power, but criticals got nerfed to x1.5 damage rather than x2, meaning Frost Breath now has 90 Base Power, Blizzard is still stronger. Although notable moves for Glaceon are Hidden Power and Trump Card. It's not as good as Sylveon's Trump Card, but still, up to 200 BP.

All i have are bananas, but you've already got some of those i see. I think Sheep would be useful in this situation.

The first thing that comes to mind would be evolving Teddiursa and Litleo, Pyroar isn't that great in the long run, but has next to no trouble with this gym. Pachirisu can also be quite useful against this gym's ace and the next gym's line-up in general. Also, get that Lilipup to Stoutland, it's incredibly good at this part of the game. Noctowl is also a great one at that point.

I'm pretty sure it is Chandelure. I highly doubt his ace would be something he picked up one Episode before we get to fight him.

It's listed as obtainable via "Limited Event" where you have to choose one out of 2+, such as choosing your starter. Cyndaquil and Chikorita's squares indicate what you though was the case for Totodile.

The Location Guide lists all obtainable Pokemon and how to obtain them, starters included. If it ain't there, it ain't in the game.

I never really thought Ame might be the champ. Remember, waaay back when we fought Florinia, she said she would go to Jasper herself, but couldn't because of her status at the Onyx Trainer School and Gym Leader. Because she's a gym leader, even if the entire town is falling apart, she can't wander off too far. And then there's Ame travelling god-knows-where just to meet new league challengers who may rage-quit at even the first gym.
