As soon as you cross the bridge leading toward N.Obsidia Ward, on the left side before the stairs, there are some houses. In one of them is the Move Deleter, and another has the guy you trade with.

Currently, Ralts can be obtained as soon as you arrive at the second meteor-factory base. You need the Corrupt Pokeball which you get by using Rock Smash on walls in the underground railnet, and the Magnet Powder which can be bought on 7th street or found in the really dark room in said meteor base #2. Bring both to the Pokeball shop next to the first salon. Or you can go back to E11 and earlier to get it in the lower peridot ward. It's no longer available since E10 I think, people would have to go back to earlier episodes to get. Links to that have been given in several topics, just search around. Searching around the forums would also have yeilded information about Electivire, so please do make a detailed search before making topics like these as there really isn't much of a point to them, if people care about a particular mon, they'll most likely use the search function and find old answers/solutions.

I recall reading somewhere that the final level cap will be 200, my guess is Ultra potion>Hyper potion. Maybe it does 500?

an someone PM me a savefile at the end of E12? I'm about to lose everything on my PC and don't wanna start all the way over.. I'd like a file on which not too many event Pokemon and Pokemon which you can only obtain once like the Opal Bridge Panpour have been killed/lost forever. Whoever sends me one thank you very very much

Myy Reborn saves are the only real thing I'd regret losing, but of the 3, my monotype is done and another one is in a PM waiting for a trade. If someone got me a savefile at the end of E12, I'd have all 3 of them covered.
Not to mention that I'd have to send it out of country to have it fixed by them, so I'll just use a (8 month old) system restore point and fix this myself real quick.

Timid with Sheer Force and the moves Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Sludge Wave and Earth Power should do it. Since it's in the Field Egg Group, for IceBeam and Thunderbolt, use this topic:http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/?showtopic=8566 Then just get Level-up Earth Power and TM Sludge Wave. If you're into EV training, just go for Speed and Special Attack.

If I may, Knock Off is barely weaker but has a much better secondary effect than Crunch, Cross Poison is stronger than Poison Fang, and, with a Scope Lens on, has a 50% crit chance. It can also breed with a Ninjask for Swords Dance. Fell Stinger is also currently broken, don't know when it'll be fixed as it is an Essentials issue.

I believe Scyther almost made it into Aventurine Forrest in E11, I remember reading that he wasn't introduced because we already could've gotten Metal Coats and were about to face a Dark Gym. It kinda wouldn't make sense to introduce him now, as I believe Ametrine Mountain is where we'll be for E13, Ice and Rock is most likely what we'll be encountering I'd guess. Unless there's some trade of some sort.

If you haven't revealed the fake ones to be, well, fakes, just keep talking to them alternatingly. They'll fight you if you keep doing it.

If you havw any issues, search around the forums, and if that doesn't work either make a new topic or, for shorter questions like your current one, making a status works out Still, to answer your question, if you've already been told about the raid by your gangs leader, keep in mind it'll happen at night. 22:00 and later I believe.
