Does anyone also know how to get to 7th street?? I heard you can only go after Radomus I did that and I couldn't find it. I already beat the abra in tanzan mountain meteor base. Does that have to do with anything?

But are you still able to do it after the storyline?? I am up to the part where you are versing Noel.
