Sasuke was able shoot a water pulse onto the ground which got the area around the smoke cloud all wet and slippery. As he jumpped over the raging pokemon he was left open in the air. Though the water they had put on the ground should make it hard for the speedy pokemon to stop his immediate direction due to the times he polished and was headed right into another Steath Rock. She could notice because after Sasuke had jumpped the smoke lowered reveling the watery ground below her feat.
