As Reyn was leaving the pub he saw that the place had been surrounded by police and he had been seen. It seems that they weren't going to let him through. It wouldn't be smart to get aggressive on them so he stayed calm, "So, am I arrested or can pass through gentlemen? I'd rather not have the hassle of being arrested but if I must it's better if we do it now." Reyn said in a non-aggressive tone, and beginning to lean against a wall of a nearby building with his hands in his pockets.

The sounds of ambulances snapped Slade out of his thoughts and back into the real world. As he walked back to Devin and the rest of his group he couldn't regain his lost smile. Once the injured were all loaded up in the vehicles Slade headed back with the uninjured people, with his hands in his pockets. He stayed silent looking back on every battle that he ever had at the academy, surely one time he didn't push his pokemon. Then he just walked alone starring at the ground in front of him just to move forward.

Meanwhile, when all this is happening, Slade was leaning against the guard rail looking out into the forest. Sasuke, on the other hand, was listening to the conversation between Danielle, Raiza, Kage, and Ryan from a nearby tree. As Slade was gazing out into the forest he couldn't help but think to himself, 'Is it true what they said? Do I really push my pokemon too hard?' He let out a big sigh, 'Why was I chosen by them, there are much better skilled trainers here than me. Worst of all they might come back again and harm more people.' Slade clenched his fist, 'Also, is it true I want power, is that all that I wanted? Is that really my only purpose, to get stronger, if so why? Tell me why dammit!' He slammed his fist on the rail subconsciously, 'Argh! Why the fuck does all this bad shit happen to me!'
