Prologue: From Ignorant Beginnings It's a quite morning in the town of Thoris. There's a slight breeze coming from south where a large set of mountains lay surrounded by lush trees. The streets are silent, ominously empty as many people are afraid to leave their homes alone. However, a meeting has been called within the town hall. A meeting to relieve the people of the cause of the fear and eliminate it. Though what exactly they need to eliminate isn't quite clear. The mayor did not expect many to come but so far not a single person has come through the hall's door. After a while he had almost given up hope but then the door flew open. "GAH! What in tarnation!" The mayor spoke and jumped up in surprise. It seems someone kicked open the door to the hall. The door kicker looked around and then let a a disappointing sigh. "Is this really it? A scared mayor and an empty hall? I've seen small groups but this is just sad." The cloaked man spoke before walking forward to the mayor. "I-I'm sorry, you and I seem to be the only ones here at the moment. It seems not many are interested in the search." The mayor responded in embarrassment. "No, it's not your fault. It's just shame that no one else decided to come over here." Then almost immediately after he spoke some girl meekly knocked on the still open doors of the town hall. "E-excuse me, is this the meeting area for the search party? I got a bit lost on the way over here. I hope I'm not late." She spoke up shyly and a bit out of breath. She must've been running over here "Well, Now we have one more. Maybe all hope is not lost." The mayor spoke a bit hopeful now. The doors are open and beckon the Seekers inside. Who will be the next to pass through the doors? ((Introduce your character by entering the town hall. Once everyone enters we'll get into the juicy details and begin the chapter!))

The Premise Within the kingdom of Aeyosal there lies an underlying sense of fear. Fear they may not see their family the next morning or the house where their friend used to live suddenly goes empty. There have been multiple cases of people disappearing and the numbers seem to only grow. No one knows who is responsible nor how they do it. The people go to their king for assistance, however, he provides little to no help in that regard. He speaks he's having all his available men look into the situation but goes no further. Though it seems most of his men go into protecting his recent project, a massive stone temple/tower of some sort. The guards around the area numerous and they block anyone from entering. No one knows exactly why the king is prioritizing the tower over the people's safety but he won't do it then someone has to. Within the town of Thoris, a town located near the edge of a large mountain surrounded by forests, the mayor has called a meeting for anyone willing to start a search party for the people responsible. But it seems not many people are interested in a wild goose chase as only ten people showed up to the meeting that day. However, it won't remain that way for long. Are you willing to personify one of the ten Seekers and find the source of this discord? Greetings everyone, and welcome to my first attempt at hosting a FEF! or anything in general... Seeing as how this will be my first try I've decided to make a mini FEF to get a feel for it before I go in depth into making a RP. Thus the Reroll formula will be great in achieving this. There will be about 3 maps in total within this Reroll and I'll be setting all PC's to level 15 and making the max level 20. Though, as Rerolls usually entail I have already made the character sheets for the PC's and will distribute them randomly. I will be accepting a total of 8 PC's and I myself will be controlling 2 NPC's along the way. Without further ado, lets meet our adventurers! The Adventurers PC's 1. Kayde, Myrmidon 2. Yullen, Social Knight 3. Gaillardia, Fighter 4. Lillie, Archer 5. Karlos, Knight 6. Glenn, Wind Mage 7. Sheena, Dancer 8. Luther, Priest NPC's 1. Zentilin, Scavenger Lord 2. Alunda, Nun Lord Rules We'll be going off of the FE Players handbook for the general rules, however, I will also be stealing borrowing SoC's rule changes since I'm not the type to go around balancing things. Sign-Up Sheet: Forum Name: Preferred Character: (which character would you want the most.) Least preferred Character: Favorite Fire Emblem Character/Characters: Your Favorite Fire Emblem Class/Classes: I want to say close the Sign-Ups on Sunday, the 9th of April but if we get enough submissions we can close it earlier.

Today I learned how to change a car's break light. It's actually a lot easier then I first thought.

Belros made sure to stick the landing as he was thrown off the wyvern. Well if there was ever a point of turning back it was long past gone. "Live bait, huh? If that's what you needed you should've just said so. I've tackled way worse jobs in the guild. I'm sure scum like these men should be easy to deal with." He spoke smugly as stretched out preparing himself. Now, hopefully he can keep up with his boasting. -

"Wait... what? WHOA!" Belros spoke surprised as he was dragged up onto the wyvern by Myrdwyn. "You do know that thieves usually aren't the heroic type. Ya know, sneaking around, backstabbing, stuff that does not involve flying straight into enemy lines." There was nothing he could really do after being flung onto the flying beast. Unless he wanted to jump off into the river or onto the ground. -

Belros looks at the archer across the river contemplating whether or not it'd be a good idea to fire an arrow at him. Ultimately deciding not to take the shot though he did notice two strange figures holding weapons at what seemed to be the people attacking them though he wasn't quite sure so he didn't bring it up. Jade O'Duffle Noticing the gems dropped, Jade couldn't help but want to take them. Imagine the amount gems like those sell for and maybe they'd be useful sometime. He quickly steps out to grab the gems and heads immediately back to Enma to continue her protection. Stuffing all but one into his pocket, he examines it to see if there is anything unique about it. Pick up and Examine the Skull Gems

Jade O'Duffle After Alexandria sets up her barrier Jade tips his hat to her. "Thanks, now onto the main event!" He spoke with great confidence before firing off rounds at nearby enemies. At this distance picking off enemies should be a piece of cake. A total of six rounds rounds were fired or a whole mag. After the sixth round fired, almost instinctively, Jade went to reload his gun. I guess using the same gun for multiple years can lead to some useful habits.

Belros stood and watched as everyone inside just left, though it's obvious why. What was he thinking? What was he doing? Even he didn't know. It's just as the bartender said, he may say he doesn't want to cause trouble but his actions speak other wise. He goes up and acts all serious then changes sporadically to try mellow out what he started. He never used to do this in the guild and if he did he'd surely be wrung out by her. What's changed in him? What's causing him to do this? His guilt makes him feel like his chest has been filled with heavy steel blocks. Maybe it was his near death experience, maybe it's the realization that the people he lived with most of his life are out to kill him, or maybe he's just immature, acting without thinking, causing harm to everyone around him. One thing is for sure, everyone would be better off if he just kept his distance. He's been the cause of most everything thus far so maybe if he just avoids everyone they'd be better off. He reaches into his coin pouch and grabs 150 Vespers and places it in front of the bar keeper. "I'm... sorry..." He speaks with his head down, obviously filled with guilt. He walks slowly out of the bar and back to the ship. Maybe there he can think of a way to fix everything and keep incidents like these from happening. If he keeps messing up, eventually there may not be a way to fix it. That scares him the most. Thought of being alone again and the world out to get him because of his stupid mistakes terrifies him. Yet, he still makes the same mistakes. Making that fear closer and closer to a reality. -

"Believe it or not Emilee, but I'm just doing my job." He responded to her. "I'm a spy now, so it's my job to gather information. I see this as me getting info on our new friend here. Taking a couple jabs at him, seeing how he reacts and the such. I don't expect you to understand, but it's quite useful for judging clients or judging how people will react when provoked. To me, this is just par for the course and I just want to make sure I have no doubts about him." He glances over at Cass, and notices everyone's mugs are empty, "Tell ya what, how about the next round of drinks are on me. Hopefully that might bring the mood up, yea?" -

"Well, I'm glad you don't trust me, wouldn't have it any other way." Belros spoke glancing at the now empty mug of Cass. "Oh, by the way, I may have slipped something into your drink when you weren't looking." He waiting a couple moments letting the thought of him spiking his drink sink in. He didn't actually spike his drink but Cass didn't know that. He chugged down the rest of the beer in his mug and after enough time had passed, "Heh, just kidding." -

Belros pants a bit, as his body tries to get a steady flow of air back. So this man wasn't as much of coward as he first thought. "And you weren't already?" Belros spoke no longer struggling to get his words out. "Look, I'll just come out an say this right now, I don't trust you. I've been sleeping with one eye open ever since you joined us and I don't think I'll stop anytime soon. I'm telling you this so you can think twice when you make your decisions. You do anything fishy to anyone in our group and I'll make sure the sharks are well fed. That being said, other then being a street thief, you haven't done anything worth going through all that trouble. I hope you keep it that way." He looks at Cass in the eyes with dead serious eyes. Then, almost instantly, he went to a more happy playful expression. "Now that I've said all that I need, mind letting go of me?" Asked pointing to Cass' hand, still grabbing onto him. "I don't want the mood to spoil anymore than it already has, so how about we go back to drinking. They say nothing builds trust more then bonding over mugs of beer. Ha ha!" Belros wanted to trust Cass, but so far all he has to go on was from before at the last city. He never liked doubting comrades but he has to keep his guard up, if not his sake then for the sake of others. -

"Heh, so the pup... does have fangs." Belros spoke smugly even while being lifted up by the man struggling to talk. He put his hands on where Cass began to grab him. "Remember... what I said about... bringing attention to yourself. This is... certainly not helping. Though... if you really want to... fight... lets do it where..." He turns his gaze towards Emilee. "Our other comrades... Won't get hurt." -

"Wow, I surprise myself sometimes or maybe his extreme cowardice is the thing that's surprising." Belros chuckled, showing no remorse nor worry about Cass' current condition. He starred at him for a few moments waiting for him to get up, but he laid there not moving. "Alright you, get up now or maybe you're such a light weight that you've passed out already." He began lightly tapping his shoulder with the front end of his boot to get him up. -

"Who? Me? No, Never! I would dare not think to gut my friend in the middle of the night, on a boat, and then proceed to throw their corpse into the waters for the sharks to snack on." Belros responded sarcastically with a huge grin on his face. "That would just be ridiculous." He moved closer to Cass nudging him with his elbow. "Besides, making you suffer a bit first would be way more fun." -
Jade O'Duffle Jade shakes off the goop covering him. "Don't worry about me Gary, not many people could take a punch like that. I'm impressed." He patted him on the shoulder before pointing the the green goop being produced. "That stuff is actually processed green eco. I imagine using it could help patch up those wounds. Worth giving it a try I reckon."

"Let's just say, not knowing is more scary than knowing." Belros whispered leaned into the two of them in a serious tone. "Can you say for certain you know everything about either of us? As we saw a couple of days ago I put everyone in danger because of my past. How do you know the explanation I gave wasn't made up? I could be a serial killer or maybe worse. In my past line of work you learn to accept these truths and to keep eyes behind your head. You never expect someone would backstab you before it's too late and I don't want to happen ever again." "But hey we're friends here right? Let's just share these couple of drinks and not worry so much about business. That's why you two are here right, to have fun? Ha ha!" He chuckled cheerfully before taking a swig of his mug. -
Jade O'Duffle "Slime?" Jade questioned, after Gary's reaction to seeing him. He looks at himself and remebers that he's covered in the stuff. But why not have some fun with them for a little bit. "I don't see no slime that you should be getting scared about. Not like the the machine is just gonna make a talking slime monster that'll kill you. That'd just be ridiculous."

"Well I guess trying blend in with this hair was stupid to begin with." Belros sighed as he found no more point in trying to hide seeing as he's been found. He grabbed his mug, took a quick sip and joined the two, a bit reluctantly. "Well, I guess I have to join you two now. I didn't want to intrude before seeing as how it looked like something more then just sharing a couple of drinks. Though I wasn't expecting you two to break into song, however. You do know that bringing attention to yourself in a bar could lead to bad things right?"
