Jade O'Duffle - 26/33, Healthy Gritting that grass helped Jade notice the first beasts swing but he was not prepared for the second beasts strike. His luck had to give in eventually. He's still a bit shaken up from that screech and there's only one bullet left in his chamber. Angered at the shadow beast the struck him he aims the the barrel of his gun at the fiend's heart and pulls the trigger. Jade O'Duffle - 33/33, Stunned Their screes were so ear piercing that Jade couldn't focus. He stumbled a bit. "Ugh, these beasts are more annoying than chirping crickets when you're trying to go to sleep." It was times like these where he starts to grit into the piece of grass in his mouth, it allows him regain his focus.

Jade O'Duffle - 33/33, Healthy After his bullet hit his target a small smirk grew across Jade's face. Obviously angering the beast he noticed him coming from a mile away. He side-stepped away from the attack. "Whoa there! There's no need to be violent if you want more." Getting the palm of him left on the hammer of the revolver he rapidly fires as many bullets as he could before the monster could make it's next attack. Jade O'Duffle "So, some rats have come out to play." Jade spoke rubbing his chin. "Well I have been getting board with all this indecisiveness, so I can spare some of my time." Noticing more of them coming from behind, he quickly drew out his revolver and shot one of the ones that just arrived. A cyan bullet left his barrel as well as cold vapor. A blue streak can then be seen going towards the beats head for a split second. He never liked the cold, the shivers it gives is annoying. However, it does come in handy for slowing opponents. Jade O'Duffle "I don't know what these so called lollies or cosplayers are, but dragons? Ha! No way in hell dragons exist, they're just fairy tale nonsense meant to help parents put their children to sleep." Jade crossed his arms. He then heard mentions of Earth. He always knew of it's existence though he was never able to actually visit it. "Earth, huh? I've heard stories of Earth, never been there myself though. But if I remember correctly something happened to it and most everyone fled or was killed" Things are taking a turn for the weird but weird isn't necessarily bad though..

Jade O'Duffle "Well this definitely ain't a dream. If it I was I'd have fallen asleep again and started dreaming within it. Dreams never are this boring." He lifted himself off the ground and whipped the dirt off his pants. The man spun out his revolver just the check if it had been fully loaded. It was he then proceeded to take half a minute spinning his gun before logging back in it's holster. Spitting out the old piece of grass in his mouth to only replace it with one from his satchel, he follows behind the group. Jade didn't speak up, they all knew their objective. Plus he was never one to start conversation. He just kept his hat low, blocking his eyes from view showing people only his stubble and the piece of grass poking out of his mouth.

Laying down on the ground, Jade lifted up his hat only to immediately push it back down. "I've been drink too much sarsaparilla. This must be a dream." He waited a few moments for him to wake up but then these people around him started chatting. "Eh, if I'm dreaming I might as well go along with it." And by go along with it he means keeping down and just listening in on whatever they're talking about. Now, arms behind his head he listens in to this "dream" to see how exactly it'll turn out.

Belros looked back to see Karik taking his first life. While Belros was already used to killing he never enjoyed it. It's a necessary evil in this world sadly and this would've happened eventually. Still, it is sad to the innocence of children be ripped away. An innocence he tried to protect not too long ago, but for now he has another more important issue at had. He needs information and fast before it's too late "I'm sorry Karik, I wish I could help but I can't say anything that hasn't already been said." "they just up the same strategy and mindlessly throw themselves at us. Either their captain is utterly oblivious, or far too confident in the ability of his men...or both." "Well we've taken back the ship, so lets just block the planks. Can't get past a wall of people without jumping into the water." Belros moved over towards the last empty plank. For now most of them can't get through and attack the people behind them with Cadence, Madante, and himself in the way. But once they get close enough they'll probably just swim around them, so this defense isn't impenetrable . Move to N16
