if your part of a faction you must get permission for using HM and weather moves. but joing up with one of them dose give you advantages. Joining the Land kingdom will allow you to use Rock Smash without permission. For Sea they get to use Surf without permission, Sky kingdom can use fly without permission, and Magic can use weather moves without permission. Blaziken doesn't fly so if you want to use one as a captain it will have to be loyal to the kingdom of land. bu you better hurry, all factions only get one captain.

That would depend on typing as some are part water or part Flying, and or Fairy. Manetric is Pure Electric and is Terrestial, so there fore it would be best suited for the Kingdom of Land if you were to start as a Commander. but other wise if you wanted to join up with another kingdom then you'd best be suited as a wanderer not a commander.

Its the First day of Fall, The Kingdoms have Armed the traps and marked their boarders. all seems quite for now in Ivargreen Forest (Land Kingdom Territory). but all that comes to an end when a loud roar echos from The Castle. at this time Mercs can be loyal to any kingdom they want, but only one at a time. However they may change kingdoms if they wish depending on how the leader of said kingdom decides to pay them. Wanders are not tied to any Kingdom and can join/leave when they please to, but once again they can only be loyal to one kingdom at a time. as for pokemon kinds? Well at this time most of the legendary poke'mon are off limits for they will play a part in the story later. I'll make a list of the legendary poke'mon that are available later. How ever, if you are going to be legendary you can't be a mercenary, that just doesn't make sense. For example if you wanted to be a Rayquaza under the kingdom of Sky, I would allow that. but if you wanted to be a wandering Regi-anything with malice intent to all kingdoms, that's where I'd probably raise a red flag.

CHAPTER 1 - Divided We Stand Introduction: Long ago, in a world inhabited only by pokemon, there lived 4 kingdoms. They were all at war with one another, aspiring to dominate the planet as the dominate empire. the battles were ferocious, each one more devastating than the last. It wasn't long that the kingdoms started to hire Mercenaries to fill in the void of their fallen soldiers, wanderers cared not for the conflicts but in time got absorbed in the war as well. But who will be the victor in this brutal onslaught? what Kingdom Shall you root for? The First was the Kingdom of Land, Ruled by Emperor Krusher the Tyrantrum. This Empire was located in a dense forest providing an abundance of resources to aid the war effort. Their leader was also quite a force to be reckoned with, For his mighty jaws could put even steel types at his mercy. His kingdom was a Mix of a variety of poke'mon giving him a major advantage on the battle field. and whit a reputaion like his there is no question that this kingdom will not go down so easily. The Second Kingdom was the Kingdom of Magic, Ruled by King Shidew The Sableye and Queen Crystal the Eevee. Crystal rose to power from relations of the royal family, and despite not being a psychic type has show extreme power in said ability, While Their King Shidew was born into the throne. The Magic Kingdom lies in a mysterious cave in the foot of a mountain, giving them near flawless protection from attackers. This kingdom is mostly ghost, psychic, and dark type poke'mon armed with powerful attacks that disable, paralyze, burn, and confuse their opponents giving the kingdom its name. Crystal will not make conquest easy for the other kingdoms. The Third was the Kingdom of Water, Ruled by Otto Von Ackermann The Samurott. Raised by his own father he trianded in the art of the sword with his own Scalchops and took the throne by birth right. The empire lies somewhere in a cavern at the bottom of the sea, since they control the water it makes crossing the sea deangerous for the poke'mon who roam the world above. As the name suggests this kingdom is mostly inhabited by Water type poke'mon, each of them armed with powerful water type attacks. and with the move "Surf" free to use at their command, they just may turn the tide of the war some day. The Final Empire was the Kingdom of Sky, Ruled by Kruga The Salamance. He took the thron by defeating his brother in combat, and wishes to meet one of the twin Sky Dragons. This Kingdom Lies on top of a mountain making it hard for non flying poke'mon without ether Rock or Ice Typing to reach it. Needless to say it is governed by mostly flying type poke'mon, giving the controll over the sky in battle.. a Dangerous advantage to say the least. So be fearful when outside your kingdom, you never now when they might swoop down and take you out. May the Stronger Leader win, Do what ever it takes to save your empire from falling. this Second RP of mine is just a little something I cooked up for me to do as I wait for my other one to take off. But I'll be sure to take this one just as serious. Here is the set up. The story takes place in an alternate space were humans never evolved and poke'mon are the dominant species. In this world there are 6 Kingdoms, The The Kingdom of Sky, The Kingdom of Land, The Kingdom of Sea, the Kingdom of Magic, The Kingdom of the Permafrost, and The Kingdom of the Underdark. They are all at War with one another to see witch one of them Shall gain the right to rule the world. Will your kingdom be the victor? And now for the Rules and sign up. Rules: 1. You may have multiple characters, but you can have a maximum of 6 at a time. if any of your own characters die or just "Leave" you may relpace them. 2. All characters can only be part of 1 of the 6 kingdoms. there fore each of your 6 characters CAN be part of different kingdoms. 3. A Character can not take any hostile action towards a player from an enemy kingdom without permission from their King. The Victor of this battle bust be agreed on between the two parties or the battle is Null and Void. 4.You CAN be a Mercenary, but you can not favor just one Kingdom. you can join up any faction regardless of your type this way 5. You CAN be a Wander, but you can not get involved with any conflicts unless you join up with a kingdom. you can join any nation regardless of your type this way. 6. In order to join a kingdom your character must meet the typing qualification (if there is one) 7. NO HUMANS! only Poke'mon 8. you Can be the ruler of a Kingdom or a High ranking officer. but it's first come first serve. 9. If you are going to use an HM or weather changing move you must get permission from the ruler of your kingdom 10. don't be a jerk, although there is combat in this RP verbal assaults to others is not tolerated 11. you May be a legendary poke'mon, but only if its on the "Allowed" list 12. you may start out fully evolved 13. you may have control of 1 king/queen. Battle: Battles will be held on PM with a Mod and the participants. This way multiple battles can be held without crowding the IC Battle thread. Details such as moves, items and abilities need to be mentioned to the Mod privately. No changes will be made after the battle starts. During the battle, an attacker will say what they wish to do. The person being attacked will respond to that and use a move after that. Please try and keep this realistic. Mods will monitor the battle. Finally at the end either the Mod will decide who wins or the participants can come to an agreement. A summary will be posted by the winner in the Battle thread. Trade: Trades between people are relatively simple. They will discuss and negotiate over PM what they want and then make one post in the IC thread giving the details. Investigation: Investigation is mainly searching in unknown or familiar areas. As I have mentioned before, using any moves and actions will only have the results given by the Mod and not decided by the player. You can however suggest what you are looking for. Scouting: In this, kingdoms can send their scouts on a pre determined path that must be mentioned in the IC thread. After this, the Mod will give any details that a scout can relay to his king. Spying: Spies must notify Mods before spying on any kingdom. The abilities, moves of the spy and pokemon species will make a difference in their success rate. They will mention their target kingdom to the Mod over a PM and will get the result through it. All spying activity will be done on PMs, unless the spy has failed, in which case a post in the IC thread will be made by the Mod stating that the spy has been caught. Then the Kingdom can choose what to do with the spy. Conquest: Conquests are large scale battles and must be presided over by the King/Queen/Captain/Commander of the Kingdoms taking part. Details about the army must be given by the respective Leaders to the Mod via PM. These include the number of troops and the rankings and species of them. No changes will be allowed once the Mod starts the conquest. After this the Leader of the troops will follow the same rules as that for a Battle. Additional Rules: Not following the mechanics will lead to penalties. These include but are not limited to, maiming, torture, death and being tickled by swablu wings. Meta gaming will unleash Magikarps Revenge on you. I mean it. If you don’t know what that is check this. Posts should have a minimum size of one paragraph. Kingdom of Sky: This Kingdom is located in the high mountains, As the name suggests you must have the "Flying" Typing or have the ability "Levitate" to be a part of this kingdom. If you are part of this kingdom you may use "Fly" with out permission from your King/Queen. Kingdom of Sea: This kingdom is located at the bottom of an undersea cave. You must have the "Water" Typing in order to be part of this kingdom. Being loyal to this kingdom will allow you to use "Surf" without permission. Kingdom of Land: This Kingdom is located in a dense forest. To be a Part of this Kingdom a poke'mon must be able to walk the land, meaning that even though one poke'mon is part Flying or water they can still live in this kingdom so long as they are terrastial. If you are part of this Kingdom you may use the move "Rock Smash" Without Permission from your Ruler. Kingdom of Magic: This kingdom is located in a deep cave inside a mountain. To be a part of this kingdom you must be a either a "Dark", "Psychic", "Ghost, or "Fairy" type. Being a part of this Kingdom will give you permission to use weather moves without permission. NEW- Kingdom of the Permafrost: This kingdom is located in a freezing tundra. Zealots can learn 6, Rooks & Mages 8, Cavaliers and Judges 10, Warriors & Clerics 12, Offices 14, Commanders can learn 20 moves within their move pool and Typing, (an example would be an Aggron with Rock wrecker), Advisers 15 withing their move pool and typing. Captains and Champions 35, and kings and queens have no limit so long as it is within their Typing and they don't spam Uber attacks. the reason for this is to combat matches the story of the RP. that being that they are ungodly savage from time to time.
