Completely true Ark. If you want their respective hold items, you have to give away the Pokémon at a certain point in-game to obtain their evolutionary items. So if you want a Magmortar/Electivire, I suggest you take on Ark's suggestion of breeding them first.

Rain Dance and Damp Rock for Charlotte is pretty much all you need. She doesn't need anything un-nerfed specifically, maybe a tiny level jump upwards if anything.

Messing around with the weather too much can possibly create an infinite weather loop, which gets you stuck with the same type of weather indefinitely if you go forward/backwards too much. So do it at your own risk.

..Then I don't think it's possible to change the soft-reset button unless it's interally changed within the game's script files, unfortunately.

If you start the game and press F1 on your keyboard, you can see options for Gamepad/Keyboard. Try changing them there. Unrelated note; Moving this to Reborn City considering this isn't really a bug/glitch. :]

Personally, I'm against what shofu comments during his Insurgence playthroughs saying he doesn't have to "deal with bullshit field effects or overpowered Gym Leaders". Imo, that's a sign of not learning how to adapt to a game and work around said field/leader's setups. He does it in ORAS, why not be able to adapt ORAS strats (or even BW2) to Reborn? That's the only thing that shofu says that makes me cringe and turn off his videos when he makes those remarks. He's a somewhat competitive Pokémon player like myself, and you only really have to do one thing when you come across an unexpected (dis)advantage; You deal with it. Adapt your strategies, re-work your team(s) around a bit and try again without sulking too much and/or tossing out spiteful comments like that. I won't say this in a personal comment towards him because it'd engage flame wars against Reborn, but there's my opinion. That being said, I'm enraged that people would make comments to defend or bash on other people's games. Games are as good as they can get, and for games such as Insurgence/Rejuvenation/Reborn, none of them should be either bashed/defended upon by others. Sure, to each their own personal opinion(s), but come on. We (or at least the majority) are mature enough to look beyond all this, I presume.

As mentioned above, simply taking things from other games and "adding" them to Reborn is not the most.. How do I put this- Polite thing to do. The people working on Insurgence have spent a ton of time probably figuring out how to get that feature added and would really not appreciate if other games simply ripped it off their game without their consent and/or approval. Who knows, maybe Reborn will get a speed-up function. Maybe it won't.

I- Have no limits on how many I can currently make. I have a schedule up on page 1, but I can always add more as time passes. I think I'll have the next battle up on Monday- Considering my stupid busy schedule.. ._.

I hath come bearing exciting news. (Albeit a week late due to.. Issues..) I've finally found out how to create a custom trainer event, yes- The actual trainer event where you lock eyes with them. Some may say "oh you could've just asked me/him/her/xem for help", but that's not completely how I roll. With a little bit of help from Dan (because I borked the first trainer event I created by making it un-battleable), I managed to make custom Trainers for both Kurotsune and Jerichø and added them to the trainer files etcetera and whatnot. You guys will be able to see what I created fairly soon, I'm putting the final touches on the video thumbnails for both battles and I will be uploading both custom battles against Kurotsune and Jerichø before nightfall. Consider it an apology for not having uploaded a battle this past week. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you'll enjoy both the battles against Kuro/Jeri!
