Yeah uh- Unless you're carrying a Celebi, Palkia and Dialga to safely warp between time and space, I can't really say that warping between episode 9 and 15 is a good idea. Especially if you're trying to time-warp outside a Pokémon Center. That's just asking for corrupted savefiles.

Does Fast Ball follow Gen 2's mechanics or Gen 4's?

This is actually not the case. Some balls didn't exist prior to Gen 4 and still use the last known formula for HGSS, like the "Johto exclusive" special Poké Balls. So in a way, they don't really follow Gen 6, they follow the last known formula for said special Poké Ball type. Being a 4x rate if the Pokémon's base speed is 100+, or a 1x rate if the Pokémon's base speed is under 100. (Quick Balls are your friends.) -
You get what was mentioned above, plus you get different dialogue when you either save or don't save the officers. You also get taste of Corey's special.. Poison treatment.. If you save the officers, that is.

All I can currently say about when the game will be finished is; Nobody knows when it'll be done. However, it has been confirmed that there will be 19 Episodes. If only people knew how much goes on behind the scenes between episodes..

Regarding Mew, it's impossible to obtain without hacking into the game. So no, it's not available.

Mega Stones are already implemented (be it a few only), but they're unusable because we have no access to the item required to Mega Evolve anything. I honestly doubt we'll even get that item until episode 18 or even 19, if not post-Episode 19.

Are you sure you're doing it right, because copy/paste works just fine for me.. Try copy/pasting into notepad or anything and see if that works? (And does this even belong in this area considering it's not a game-related bug..?)

..That's the actual set it runs at the first and I believe also second encounter with Taka. Slow..? It's not that slow, it actually outspeeds a ton of things- In normal playthroughs. If you've EV'd things up to 252 Speed that can possibly outspeed it, sure. (Chatot packs a 91 base Speed stat, mind you.)

It could technically also happen with previously caught Pokémon in areas that still exist, but the map name was either renamed or reworked, so it was given the REMOVED tag as well.

Er. Chatter has 100% rate to Confuse you if it hits you. It does have 91 base speed, it'll most likely outspeed about anything you can get at this point that doesn't have Speed EV's/IV's or Speed Boost Combusken. I'd honestly advise you to get a special wall or a Rock/Steel-type to deal with Chatot. Even an Electric-type would work, considering at that point, the only attacking move it has is Chatter. (It knows Nasty Plot, Chatter, Sing and Taunt) Be prepared to face it a few more times throughout your playthrough. You've probably not seen the last of Chatot.

This is a slight oversight due to the simple fact that the event Pokémon you receive will have its gender randomized. I'm not 100% sure that some event mons have set genders, but I'm pretty convinced some (if not all) trades have set genders, but obtainable event Pokémon don't.

Or is it? You're gonna be waiting a good amount of time before getting the Mega Ring. And by good amount of time, I mean after Episode 19 is released. (Which may take months or even years from now.)
