Wait, budgeting is actually necessary in Reborn? That's strange, the only items I've bought are a few Poké Balls and some Ice Creams. I haven't had to really buy anything aside from the Magikarp in the beginning and some Honey.

Hey now, EVs are plenty important before Level 100. To give you an example, my EV spread on my Impish Diggersby is 4 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed, and it outspeeds the wild Tauros on Route 1. (For reference, Tauros has a base Speed of 110, while Diggersby has a base Speed of 78.) And it isn't grossly overleveled, either, My Diggersby is only Level 53, while the Tauros are Level 52.

Was this in Episode 11, or a prior episode? EDIT: I checked the rock again after Gardevoir was kidnapped, but before going to the Grand Gates. It is indeed Rock Smash-able now.

I just Toxic-stalled it with Blissey. I thought you couldn't obtain the Yureyu Key until after beating Radomus?

Diggersby has been a complete house. I don't think I would have beaten Aya on my first try if it hadn't been for his Bulldozes.
