MY LOVE WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE

EV-training makes the battles marginally easier, but it doesn't affect too many of the outcomes. Most 2HKOs will still be 2HKOs, you'll still outspeed most of the things that you'd normally outspeed, etc. I'd say that EV-training is more noticeable in boss fights, where you're often "trading up" with Pokémon that are higher levels than yours. For example, my Level 67 Jolly max Speed Archeops was able to outspeed Ciel's Noivern, which wouldn't have happened if her Noivern had been more invested in Speed.

DT's Reborn playthrough is like The Walking Dead. You become emotionally invested in all of the characters, their developments, their achievements, the hardships they've endured... but any one of them can still die abruptly without any forewarning or resolution of their personal agendas.

I name mine after people or things that they remind me of. Oftentimes, there's some sort of correlation. Examples: Sky Williams the Diggersby (because Diggersby tho?) DIVEKICK the Archeops (because it's DEATH FROM ABOVE) Widowmaker the Kingdra (because it's running the Sniper set) OPTIC BLAST the Dusclops (because Cyclops)

Noooooo, I wanted to donate! I think it's always fair to keep donations open, because you've already put so much time and effort into the game that any donations at this point are more like gifts of gratitude. Furthermore, if people want to donate at this point during development, then that's their prerogative. They're donating because they're genuinely thankful for what you've done, not because they think you'll finish faster if they do. It's okay if you don't want to accept donations right now, but I think it's perfectly acceptable to leave them open.

So you want to be just as much of a short-sighted, misled terrorist as every other criminal organization in the Pokémon universe? Why? "Let's make the world an ideal habitat for Ghost-, Poison-, and Dark-types, at the expense of nearly every other living thing on the planet!"

"I don't want to spoil the puzzle but let me tell you exactly what you get from the puzzle" Yeah, okay, dude. (EDIT: THE /ONE TIME/ I DON'T CHECK THE TIMESTAMP OF THE THREAD AND I POST ON A NECRO'D TOPIC)

I miss the good old days, when Noel had a Staraptor and led with Cinccino. Plus, there was no field to burn.

WHERE THE FUCK IS POKEMON Z Honestly, I think we should get our third version of gen 6 before being thrown into gen 7.

If only Budew loved Amethyst as much as it loved you. Poor Ame.

He probably typed it five times, then copypasted that 10 times, then copypasted THAT even more. For instance: "Click Click Click Click Click" turns into And then that turns into

I'm guessing she inevitably got buried in a junkalanche? More than a few hoarders have perished that way.

I think it's just Budew.

I remember seeing Reborn Light- Beryl.mp3 in the Jukebox way back when I first started playing. I didn't dismiss the possibility of it being the official track for a restored Beryl Ward, but I figured that you would eventually settle on a version that sounded much more uplifting (since the Light version still sounds rather depressing).

Oh man, I'm going to miss all of your fallen comrades. Selina and Cheshire, Cinder and Alphonse... Those brief conversations with Selina and Cheshire were truly touching. Cinder was a powerhouse of destruction, and Alphonse was looking to put up a hell of a fight. And as you wistfully gaze out at the lake, I can't help but think that Reborn City feels... emptier in their absence. (NO I DIDN'T JUST FINISH READING THE FINALE OR ANYTHING) Well that settles it, then. To quote Cherub Shakespeare: "Well shit, that's a hell of a mystery no one thought was a mystery and didn't even really need solving, but damn if it didn't just get solved so nice work."

"Blake. As in Cal's brother Blake. As in the Blake that works for Team Meteor." That's an impeccable screencap archive memory you've got there, dude. Color me impressed. "And what rubs salt in the wound is that he was there when Solaris told us about Cal's brother... Uggggghhhh this fucking idiot..." Did Solaris actually mention Blake by name when Cain was there, though? I thought the only thing he said was something like, "Your brother was right. You truly are useless."

Knowing Shade, he would probably want it to be left untouched, to serve as a grim reminder of what the city has lost and what it has endured. I feel like Shade, of all people, would understand how important it is to learn from the past and use it to better your future. (One could even say... the GHOSTS of the past) Say, I've been meaning to ask. What were the Obsldia Slums before they became the Slums? Like, what function was the original building intended for? It looks like it might have been some kind of storage facility? On a music-related note, I imagine that it was a little harder to create the White Beryl theme than the others, given the mood of utter devastation and hopelessness that the original version conveys.

The city probably didn't mind. I'll bet their thought process went something like, "Man, this lady sure is a petty old crone. But eh, free money for us. *mails out a $1,000 fine*" But in all seriousness, I hope that lady got SOME kind of comeuppance. Causing all that trouble for... what, exactly? Some sort of feeling of gratification? Eh, I doubt we'll see either of those things, especially since we've already seen them in Insurgence. If anything, I'm sure Ame would want to use original ideas, rather than just copying what another inferior game has already done.

Are you counting the Obsidia Park incident as the same occurrence as the Coral Ward meeting? Because if not, then we've met her thrice.

Yes, it's harder to create a solid team. But that's one of the points of the game. If you want a good team, you've got to work for it. You've got to be resourceful. You've got to think outside the box. Certain Pokémon are moved to later stages of the game because they have an abnormally large impact on the diversity of the overall player base's team-building experience. To put it simply, they're good enough that most people will use them over almost everything else available to them. These Pokémon invalidate the other options that are presented to the player. An example is Magby. With Magby available before the first gym, no one would use any other Fire-type in the early game. As players progressed through the game, Magby would evolve into Magmar, which would further discourage players from seeking another Fire-type. As soon as Magby was replaced with Pansear, the diversity of Fire-types on people's teams went way up. Because, c'mon, who wants to use a frickin' Pansear? This level of influence over the players' decisions is frowned upon by Amethyst, so she makes appropriate adjustments to the availability of Pokémon to ensure that some of them aren't warping the game.

You could add aesthetic details, like statues and abstract sculptures and stuff? Some "bells-and-whistles"-esque things that actual cities use to beautify their streets. As for the streets themselves, I dunno. Perhaps some portable shops, like the ice cream vendor? Patios for some of the ground-level shops? This is all for the Obsidia Ward, but I'm not so sure about an industrial ward like Peridot or residential wards like Lapis or Beryl. I guess because she wants each ward to be color-coded, like in the Fly map that she posted not too far back.

"All of my stuff-- I can't even..." "But can you odd?" It's funny because your opponents CAN'T EVEN! (PLUS AN IMPORTANT RULING FROM THE OFFICIAL CARD DATABASE ITSELF: " 8/25/2015: Yes, your opponent can’t even. We know.") AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA GOOD ONE
