I remember you mentioning this before. I think you said that you replaced this sidequest with last-minute 7th Street events?

The heck?? Like who even does that over something as petty as lawn maintenance?? I hope she was caught sneaking into her neighbors' houses, so she could be charged. Make her pay for all the pest control bills, too.

I can answer this one! Cain is pansexual.

Hey there! I was just wondering if any of the lesser-known characters (like Craudburry) were based on actual people or experiences? For instance, did you maybe live next to a crotchety old crone named Craudburry when you were a child, and name the in-game character after her?

On top of what Shia said, Serra probably drinks her sorrows away every now and then. Ciel might prefer a drink meant for a dignified sophisticate. I imagine she would drink for the social aspect more than the actual effect. Corey probably hit up the local bar every single day.

I can't tell if it's "The Spice" or "The spYce" (because WOAH SO EDGY)

I can imagine it looming over the victim ominously, glaring down while it holds its three submagnets to the recipient's head and scrambles their brain function with a torrent of magnetic energy. But we still run into the inherent problem of Probopass being, well, Probopass. Because Probopass just looks silly. Tanzan Mountain is a location that is teeming with Steel-types. Titania could have been doing some League-related stuff, or she could have been there for another reason entirely. What we do know is that: -Laura received the Sapphire Bracelet from her mother when she was a child -Sirius used his Chandelure to burn the Belrose Manse to the ground -The Bracelet was lost in the house fire, although it was unscathed by the flames -Titania came upon the charred remains of the Manse, where she discovered the Bracelet in the smoldering rubble -She then decided to take it, and later opted to give it to Amaria as a gift How Sirius didn't manage to snag the Bracelet before Titania stumbled upon it, I'll never know.

Combining the Elite Four and the postgame is fine, and Amethyst can do with her game what she feels is correct, but I would personally prefer an episode break in between the final gym and the Elite Four. Hopefully her rationale will become apparent in subsequent episodes, because I'm inclined to believe that she has a good reason for every decision she makes.

Oh, I'll question it all day. After all, that's what any logical person does when they don't have all the information they need. I believe in thinking critically, which involves asking questions in order to better my understanding of a particular topic.

And there's the naysaying. "Shoving two badges into a single episode only makes sense if they're obtained simultaneously, while including the final badge AND the Elite Four in the same episode will feel awkward and lacking in suspense. I can understand earning two badges in a single episode if it makes sense plot-wise" I literally addressed this exact point. So let me reiterate in big, readable letters so you don't miss it. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH TWO BADGES IN ONE EPISODE, IF IT MAKES LOGICAL SENSE FROM A STORY PERSPECTIVE. /HOWEVER/, CREATING A SEPARATE EPISODE FOR THE ELITE FOUR IS ARGUABLY A BETTER DECISION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GAME.

Oh, don't worry. You're always W3LCOM3 B4CK at the Wasteland.

Yeah, what Chubb said. Laura is obsessive-compulsive, and has a particular fixation on the number eight. I always thought it was strange that her ellipses were longer than everyone else's, but I actually counted them out last night and realized that each one had exactly eight periods. My immediate reaction was "OH MY GOD AME ARE YOU SERIOUS" I was also mad at myself for not noticing sooner. -
Oh, sorry. I thought you were sorta implying, "the answer's right above you, READ THE THREAD YA SCRUBLORD" (I should clarify that I'm not actually accusing anyone of being whiny, but that I fully expect my arguments to be met with contention.)

Some of the details in this game are really impressive. For instance: -
Ha, the Dragon Gem joke in episode 27. "If I collect seven of these, do I get a free revive?" OH DEAR GOD I THOUGHT THAT WAS SOMETHING ELSE LOOKS LIKE A BIG OL PAIR OF TIDDIEZ

I can't read ANY of it, except for the blurb at the top and the ranks on the left. I didn't even know that half of them HAD text until I maximized the image, vaguely noticed the text, then said "Yeah no, that shit ain't worth the permanent eye damage" and closed the image.

Yes, I saw. That's not a sufficient answer. I'm asking WHY 19 is being chosen specifically over 20. 20 is a nice, elegant number. Having only 19 episodes disrupts an observably consistent pattern in the structure of the game. Shoving two badges into a single episode only makes sense if they're obtained simultaneously, while including the final badge AND the Elite Four in the same episode will feel awkward and lacking in suspense. I can understand earning two badges in a single episode if it makes sense plot-wise, but the benefits of a 20th episode will be threefold: 1. Increasing the episode count to 20 gives it a much more "complete" feeling, and makes the tracking of events a lot simpler 2. It retains the current structure of Reborn episode releases (which is, "New area, new event(s), gym battle") while saving the player's final challenge for its own separate episode 3. It helps to bridge the gap between the 17th badge and the end of the game, giving players something new to do during the midway point between those two events I trust that Amethyst has a plan, though, and I am eager to hear it. (And now let the flood of whiny "omg ur so wrong!!1" naysaying commence!)

I don't know if you've answered this before, but why 19? Why not a clean and straightforward episode count of 20? Personally, I would love it if the Elite Four were saved for their own episode. The anticipation of waiting for the final challenge after earning the last badge would be so sweet.

I think it might be best if you have the game keep track of how far into each weather cycle it is, and reflect this in the report. For instance: "We're in the _th day of our current five-day weather system for the Chrysolia Region! [REPORT COMMENCES]" Ha! I really like how you can gauge each character's personality type just based on the range of their relationship variables. For instance, Titania is a character who judges people heavily based on their decisions, so her opinion of you can either be really positive (+5) or extremely negative (-8). On the other hand, the more enigmatic characters (Anna and Shade) - who know a little more than we do - can warm up to you if you perform actions that they agree with, but they won't exactly fault you or think less of you for doing the opposite.

He wasn't talking about Rare Candies. He was talking about "Rare Candies." ;D

Probably because it's like 100% confirmed? Between the new light-hearted remixes of the ward themes, and Amethyst recreating the entire city map + a whole slew of new events, and even Julia and Florinia directly mentioning in-game how Adrienn has restored the city, I don't think there's a single player who DOESN'T think the city will be restored in the next episode. Whenever it uses Flash Cannon: "DEATH BY ~*GLAMOUR*~"

I've always wondered what's up with the last 20 seconds of the track. It feels so out of place to me when I hear it.
