There are two move relearners. One is in the Agate Circus, and the main one is in the Onyx Ward, but to get inside her house you need her house key which is in the Underground Railnet. (Towards Spinel Town under Opal.)

You could also get a Meowth in your pickup team, go to the low level pokemon in the game and use pay day to kill them. You get money AND items. Meowth has pickup also.

Flygon is a really good Ground type. I also reccomend that you do the Mudkip sidequest. Swampert is a great pokemon, offensively and especially defensively. Scolipede, Roserade are really good. Toxicroak is phenomenal, and it gets a water immunity with Dry Skin. Like Lord_Ludo and AnimeFg said, Nidoking has beautiful coverage. Locations:

Imagine if Crawdaunt got Sucker Punch of my loooord. Adaptability changes the 1.5x stab (same type attack bonus) to 2x. So a stab crabhammer without Adaptability would have 150 base power. But with adaptability it would be 200. :] Kingler would be better if it got waterfall, they want you to use crabhammer. They knew 130 base attack sheer force waterfall would be devastaing. All you need is agility and or Swords Dance. I definitely recommend Corphish. Corphish and Crawdaunt both get Adaptability, Aqua Jet and Knock off. ENuff said.
