If Physical Special (I reccomend) There aren't too many special Steels out there, so you might get walled by a pokemon with great physical bulk. Dark/FIghting/Steel is like perfect coverage, but you should breed to get Nasty Plot/Crunch. It's so worth it.

Well, Rotom is genderless, so no tm breeding. Also we don't currently get Volt Switch, so way onto it naturally now. Discharge is a great move btw. It has a 30% to paraylze. Keep that in mind.

Vileplume. It's reeeeally bulky and has a nice special attack stat. It is a very solid grass pokemon.

I'd say Flareon. It gets Guts and Flare Blitz, a very great combo. It can put Strength (Or Double Edge from Eevee) to use, and if we ever get it, Iron Tail and Superpower. Rapidash has a great movepool, but Flareon has much more sheer power. They both get Flash Fire, which is always phenomenal ability.

If the older pokemon can learn a move that the baby can't, then the baby will not learn it. You'll have to wait until we get Swords Dance. No. The only moves that can be breeded are egg moves and level up moves. In games pre-Generation 6 you can breed tm moves however. Gunk Shot not being one. Poison Jab is pretty damn good. At least it's physical, right? You can always teach it Bulk Up by tm tho. Completely unrelated, but, Simon you got auth??!?!? :] Nice job bro you deserve it!
