Erm, no female stage 1 pokemon can't breed. So basically, if a male Exeggcute with the desired moves were to stay in the daycare with a female Budew, no egg would be produced for 2 reasons: 1. Stage 1 female pokemon cannot breed. (Stage 1 as in they can evolve) 2. Either Roselia or Roserade have to be holding a Rose Incense. Extrasenory and Sludge Bomb cannot be bred simultaneously onto Budew.

The most recent episode was E13, when you fought Charlotte. The end of 12 was when you have beaten Samson and are at the Fiore Mansion.

It would have been more convenient if you created an entire new topic or status, you cannot breed Extrasensory and Sludge Bomb onto Budew. You can't in Generations 1-5, nor Gen VI. Only one or the other. Azurill learns Bounce by level but Azumarill cannot relearn it. There is a move tutor is the Agate Circus who teaches Bounce. Otherwise Hoppip (Lv.46) or Stunfisk (Lv.35) can breed Bounce onto Azumarill.

I was informed not to tell anyone this, but I must. First, defeat Samson and go to the Celestinine Cascade. The Carrier Pidgey from the Anime is waiting for you there. It will fly you to the orange islands. Now here is the hard part. You must hold x and z as you land or you else won't get Lugia. You must give Ash Ketchum who is waiting on the islands the sacred chocolate you got from Heather's mother in exchange for his pikachu. Now Pidgey will fly you all the way to Hoenn to Mt. Chimney. You must venture to the top of the volcano and hold the space bar to raise Pikachu and let him see the heavens. Lugia will swoop down, devour Pikachu in one bite, and offer to be your pokemon. Accept and voila! Lugia easter egg acquired!
