If you keep the games folder and your save file on a flash drive you can pretty much play reborn anywhere. I played it at school a few times.

No. It can relearn Rock Slide and Earth Power. Flygon can't learn Eq by level. Only Trapinch can.

Flygon with Earthquake reks Char but you have Earth Power... All of her pokemon are specially defensive and can eat up earth power from a physically attacking pokemon. As sandy said get rock slide from the move tutor(There is another one in the Agate circus). Trapinch gets Earthquake at 55, may take awhile but considering where you are in the game it shouldn't be too hard if you are willing to go back to reborn city and breed one.

I like Sonic too. Did you know that? Well, welcome and I hope you enjoy your stay!! The original font when you begin the game is the one from Diamond and Pearl (DP) so just select that one.

Welcome to Reborn!! Others shall insert their sanity joke below Blast Powder lets you mine a rock twice and it disappears. Magnet Powder...? I think I have one, I'm not sure what it does. Pulses are similar to mega stones but are about twice as powerful. They are usable on pokemon such as Abra, Muk, Tangrowth and soon Mr.Mime and Clawitzer. (they are not naturally obtainable)
