Where are you in the game? I believe there are 3 linkstones around the overworld to find. There is a hidden one by the yureyu building. I started in ep11 I never bought the link stone cause I had no money XD but I think I did have the option to buy it

You could breed it directly from Sableye to Conkeldurr, but you can't breed move tutor moves in generation 1-5. And in Reborn we have Generation 5's mechanics.So no knock off
