EV trained Noivern to spam 100% accurate hurricanes work wonders for this one on intense. You'd need 3 rare candies, a heart scale, (and a good stash of moomoo milks) however. You basically just wreck stuff with hurricane and heal noivern with the second pokemon's move.

It's not on the island, its just north of the torkoal rocks. I found over 100 of them before catching that kangaskhan.

Nosepass is pretty easily accessible in safari zone, north center area.

You can buy it in GDC later on. There is one available earlier, forgot if its a quest or item on floor. For all other EVs, you are basically stuck grinding the hard way.

Its a double battle regardless of difficulty in v11. The absolutely broken mamoswine is only in intense, however. PS: since there's no species clause.. you could technically roll over intense angie with 6x thick fat hariyama (by ignoring the rotom and abusing fake out + close combat on the other slot).

The IV changer keeps saying services are closed; do I need to do something to open it? or is it disabled in v11

Fake out + close combat got rid of the Mamoswine. Lycanroc does outspeed everything else, (pray for rock slide flinch hax and don't miss.)

Lost my old save file, so starting new. Angie on intense is just..... wow. The mamoswine outspeed my lyncanroc (day form), who has 31 speed iv, 252 ev, and positive speed nature....

I still have v13 on my computer, and have a backup file for every version prior; I'll try to see what happens ty

I haven't played for a few years, the last time I played was EP13. Would the EP13 savefile even work in EP18, or do I need grab older versions and slowly work my way up to EP18. (Note that I do not wish to start over, as my savefile from EP13 has almost all available content at that point, including scanning the entire map with itemfinder.)
