You're quite all right, friend. The Pokemon you're looking for is actually a Teddiursa. He's found on the ledge that was blocked by Nim at the beginning of the game.

Petilil used to be one of the first Pokemon you could catch.... if you thought Hoppip was op, Lilligant was on another level of OP. Same with Joltik. Both were axed.

1.) The ladder is used on a grave after you used Dig on it on the Grave Peak, which is a sprouting path in Amethyst Cave 2.) On Route 3, there is a forest entrance on the top left, keep going this way until you run into a Kingdra Statue 3.)Melia's ID card is on her bloody robe that Zetta presented to you. 4.)Exp Share is in Melia's room which is located in the Gearen Laboratory. 5.)You need to have completed Kakori's Help Center so that you can gain access to Team AA's base. The keys to the center is in this area. Named "Center Keys."

Are you on the most recent version? I was able to do this quest just fine on 5.3.2, and so have others, but for some reason people are still having this issue.

Delete the old one, and have the new one be named "Game" and then the game will load that one up.

Seeing as I'm the only one who can fix it (or capable to do so) as of now, it takes me within a day to fix it. Although I was a bit busy with school so things have been slow. I'll fix it right now, though.

Inkay used to be a regular encounter there, but I erased it because it was too good of a Pokemon before Angie. The only place to get it in the badlands is in a place you're technically not supposed to be until at least v6.
