I'm late to this, but the reason why you probably couldn't find Murkrow was because it's a Night-Time encounter. At least for Gearen.

Yeah the Chandelure bugs out, so you can't proceed. Plus you need a certain HM to get it. Sorry. Well, you're getting at least 2 on this list in ver 5.

Fennekin /should/ be in Wispy Cave/Ruins and then Route 4 and then Akuwa town.

Narcissa's TM was in the room after the litwick quest and since that area is bugged... yeah. No. You'll have to get them via events/snags Yes, you can find this in Amethyst Cave. There are technically two Pokemon Centers in Gearen. Make sure you are in the right one.

In all honesty, I think I may just change the Fennekin event because tbh, the chase is a little ridiculous. So there's that.

What version are you playing? I think this was fixed for v 4.4 You don't look for the mom in the second quest. You just find her son. Who is in the Hotel in Gearen.

There's something supposed to happen with the tree, but apparently something broke, gg.

Well, I was looking through the game to see where I placed all the children and it seems I placed the final child in an area the player can't reach yet.... Oops... This was because that wasn't the case in the beginning, but then changed it last minute because it had a Pokemon I found too OP for that point in the game. Will fix for Version 5.
