It is an event Pokemon, but it counts as a wild encounter. Post your save file and I will get you outta there pronto! Moxie is broken which is why it does that, After you find it on Route 4, you'll need to continue the game until you get surf and then come back and find it on the beach. After that, it runs off but finds itself in some trouble... It'll then appear on the final area of V4. Chandelure can't because it only has special moves.

Checked it's friendship. It's only 195. It needs to be 220. Almost there! Pokemon with 2 abilities with a hidden ability will not have their hidden ability in the wild. You'll need ability capsules to get it. Oceana Pier, find a Snubbull.

There wasn't an error, I checked Swadloon's happiness and it was only like 170. Iirc, Swadloon evolves into Leavanny with 220 happiness (A larger gap, I know.) You're probably going to have to keep trying. Walking around, feeding it berries etc helps immensely, though.

Mentioning the sixth badge was just me teasing. Dw about it. If you're playing version 4, there are only 5 badges available.

Well, I don't tinker with the wild encounter rate. It's the same as Reborn and official Pokemon games. Although if it's that much of a problem, I don't have an issue with reducing the rate.

I'm not using Reborn's PBS files, but they should work fine.... I think. --- Also updating the Version 4 dev chart to Version 5 because fite me that's why.

The use of the soul stone is unknown to the player as of now. But it will reveal it's use sooner or later.

*Essential's Ai kinda sucks. It uses the same AI Reborn uses, and as you can see..... it doesn't work out very well.

That's weird... I'll look into it. Well... it's hard mode for a reason... Tbh I already have gray hair from Gym 6's puzzle. God that was so painful to set up.

You need to go around the cave looking for gems. Also, if you plan to get the reward for that quest, you better save right before. It's bugged if you lose. Also, sorry I have been inactive in this thread the past couple of days. I lost my internet and was unable to see any of this, lol.

Ah, I guess it doesn't work in a conditional branch. I'll set it to the actual event page then. Edit: Which is strange because I have a Phantump from that event.

The conditions are night time and a gourmet treat. The whole game has a night technically, because it's a switch that goes off and those are global.

Real talk, I also used Leavanny for my practice file and it is definitely the MVP. So underrated. (Considering the axe, but hmmm. Might be nice and leave it)

Btw, people with 4.3 don't really need to download 4.4. It just has minor changes/fixes. For example, the glitch where you cant cancel out of using an item in-battle. If you thought Version 4 was bad with bugs, we're updating to essentials 15 next update X_X.
