Breeding perfect (almost) IVs without items QQ. I have hatched more eggs than all the birds on the planet together. -
Also dont forget to put all gen 6 pokemon in the pc before downgrading or you might get errors.

Nop, not only legendaries, you cant breed with an other ditto or with baby pokemon or with nidorina/nidoqueen, unown...

lol hunting bidoof? There is only 2-3 other pokemon there and it is lvl 2-5 so if you just throw a pokeball it will mostly catch it even on full hp.

I mostly use bidoof, he can learn 4 HMs, you can find him just outside the grand hall.

You can not breed dittos, I can trade one to your save, but I cant guarantee any good IVs, if you want that just pm me your save file.

I lvl them only for evolution, EV training and to learn a specific move. Anything other than that will cost extra. If you are interested pm me your request and your save file.

I don't know about the RPG Maker app, this one is a emulator for the roms from original games and you can find it for both ios and android.
