Since he Taka has the Chatot, take it out quick. The glaceon and espeon will also be a problem. For the chatot, i would advise fake out with meowth and getting as much damage on it with charge beam or any good attack.

The rare Pokemon are axew and ralts and most likely it will give you a random starter than them since they are really rare.

I found the arceus hopeless because I had no special walls. The garchomp was easy due to cofagrigus and prankster growl along with a mamaoswine. -
