      Leafeon with higher Sp. Atk could use all the good special grass attacks like Solar Beam, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, and Grass Knot instead of just Leaf Blade. Higher Sp. Atk would also allow for Hidden Power Fire/Ice/Rock to do solid damage as a coverage move. It could also learn Leaf Storm and especially Growth and Weather Ball to take full advantage of the sun with Chlorophyll.
