    Being able to use Hidden Abilities and 5th and 6th gen pokemon and moves in a hack rom of fire red is truly a good thing

      Pokemon Gaia. It is on beta 2.5, but includes LOTS of content from gens 4 to 6, including (most notorious for me at least): pokemon of all gens, mega evolution (like, ACTUAL stones, you select mega with START, and then the mon evolves, changes sprite, stats and ability like it is supposed to happen), gen 4,5 and 6 abilities and moves (prankster, infiltrator, magic guard, magic bounce, shadow sneak, etc.), and a decent enough story (the story is very young yet however).       ...they have regal stones (in any case, all pokemon have a secondary evo method: gengar evolves at level 40 naturally, for example).

      It has a pokecommunity page, and you have to patch it over an original pokemon fire red ROM. It is easy to do, the file has a README with instructions.

      As for playing it in pc, you'll have to find an emulator for pc. I play it on my cellphone, but I know there are emulators for pc.
