This was my original idea for the evo method, but I decided to scrap it as I don't own poker cards and thus wouldn't have been able to evolve it myself :/

Hi people! while the beta is just around the corner, I thought this would be a good moment to sneak and introduce another pokemon to y'all This little thing is called Clovery, and is a DARK/STEEL type, which as you know, is only currently shared by Pawniard and Bisharp in the canon games, making it quite rare. This pokémon and its whole evolutionary family are based on the suits on french playing-cards (the ones you usually use when playing poker). Having the abilities Rattled and Oblivious, it is quite hard to defeat it with ghost and bug types, and even dark types have a bad time against it, and good luck taunting it. And no, miltank can't use attract either. Although there are no miltanks in graterras but you get the point. Cloveries split in different forms when they get to their final stage, but the most curious detail about this pokémon is the fact that, for the first time (in forever), a regular gendered pokemon can evolve into a genderless form, making it quite an unique pokemon. So well, that was all, and expect a playable beta /soon/ !

So well, people were hanging in three places, a concert, a football meeting, and a restaurant. Pokemon Gaia. It is on beta 2.5, but includes LOTS of content from gens 4 to 6, including (most notorious for me at least): pokemon of all gens, mega evolution (like, ACTUAL stones, you select mega with START, and then the mon evolves, changes sprite, stats and ability like it is supposed to happen), gen 4,5 and 6 abilities and moves (prankster, infiltrator, magic guard, magic bounce, shadow sneak, etc.), and a decent enough story (the story is very young yet however). It has a pokecommunity page, and you have to patch it over an original pokemon fire red ROM. It is easy to do, the file has a README with instructions.
As for playing it in pc, you'll have to find an emulator for pc. I play it on my cellphone, but I know there are emulators for pc.

Well, rain makes thunder perfectly accurate, and fire type moves deal 50% less damage on it, good for a grass type. Plus speed gets doubled. It is the most logical choice out of all the abilities proposed up to this point, tbh.

Well rotom forms aren't technically real pokemon anyways. They're just a rotom, that gets control over a home appliance.

Dark/psychic sounds and is a cool combo but.... 4x weak to bug and 2x weak to fairy, with no resistances.... a single immunity to psychic.... from a standard point of view, girafarig's current normal/psychic at least offers a ghost immunity, resistance to psychic and only two 2x weaknesses to dark and bug. Anyways, if it were on me: Mega Girafarig Normal/Psychic Ability: sheer force Stats: 70HP - 140Atk - 65Def - 100SpA - 65SpD - 115Spe (BST555) Have a sap sipper girafarig predict the grass move, switch in to get the boost to its attack, mega evolve, then sheer force-boosted STAB zen headbutt and secret power (weird that secret power is useful for once, huh...) your way to victory. It can run crunch and/or earthquake for additional coverage, return for a stronger STAB and it can even get wish by breeding to get some recovery, but sadly Girafarig's current movepool is very shallow: it doesn't get anything to hit its dark and bug weaknesses with, no fire fang, no high jump kick, nothing, neither does it get any stat boosting move for physical attack, instead only getting nasty plot and calm mind (which might make it seem like a better mega could actually be a special focused). 100 SpA could allow some special variants running hyper voice and psychic since Girafarig does get nasty plot, but dunno.

Hmm. I generally run a special attack focused team, but I always make sure to run at least one strong physical attacker to counter special walls. And finally, I always carry a wall of my own for tankiness and support. I guess you could say Special Attack is my stat as well. -
