  2. 1) Damn, I was found out. 2) Some indeed. 3) Pikablu xD 4) I haven't seen Berserk yet, and although I have indeed read-and-watched Parasyte, the pic was inspired by the marvelous John Carpenter's The Thing. 5) Dunno who that is, but cool lol
  3. Does it gain eyes? Does the tail keep the blue colour? Does the tail transform into another limb? Do things attach to the pokemon? Do things extend from the already existing picture? Does a mouth appear on its belly? Does blood run out of the eyes as if they were crying? Sorry I had to. Sorry I had to. @Unprofessional: oreos? stolen? that's sad.

  5. I don't like spoiling you people, but that's kinda it tbh.
  6. Wacky name, base power that is not a multiple of 5, and only learned by fox pokemon? oh yeah, there's something about this move that I love xD And yes, the max PP of a move with 10 PP is 16, indeed. Also weird that I haven't posted anything on here yet, other than making a question that never got answered xD. Alright: Name: Shadow Strike Type: Ghost Category: Physical Power: 85 Accuracy: 100 (is a ghost type move duh) PP: 10(16) Description: "the user's shadow beats up the target's shadow. Critical hits land more easily." Distribution: Gengar (can't use it for shit tho xD), Gourgeist, Banette, Dusknoir, Sableye, Cofagrigus. Name: Heartbreak Type: Dark Category: Special Power: OHKO move Accuracy: like all OHKO moves, 30% mimimum, increases when the target is a higher level than the user. PP: 5(8) Description: "A sinister power crushes the target's heart. It faints instantly if it hits." Distribution: it isn't thought for any canon pokemon that I can think of. And there are 53 moves I have, but hell I'm not writting down all of those. Too much time.
  7. I think (not sure tho) that Alicirno was kinda pointing out more the fact that all those moves she mentioned have a 100% chance to cause paralysis, rather than having coverage or not
  8. There's a guy in my class who everyday draws a pokemon from a different gen in the class board. This might be, the single most important process of pokemon culturization of the present decade.

      Yesterday, actually.

I had to use this one, is october after all

  10. The first ep of One Punch Man was fucking amazing. Was not disappointed in the slightest.

  11. Dunno, I still find Mr.Mime to be creepier. Damn you people discovering all the things I've been plagiarizing, damn you!! But it actually has nothing to do with a shy guy. Kinda. Most likely.
  12. Lol Az destroying hopes and dreams. Anyways, can't blame him for being realistic. Have this instead: Okay so let me tell you a little story. Turns out I discovered today I was at exactly 599 posts and I was all like "woah, gotta do something special with the 600th one". And it just happens to be the month of Halloween, if you couldn't tell already by my Gourgeist-inspired avi, perfect for this month full of horror and ghosts and creepy clowns. The end. So here we are. We feelin'.... we feelin' good right now. So, because of that, let me spend this announcement right here in a mon that is one of my favs. Name's Harlequid. Don't let it fool you with its adorable appearance; it is not what he seems (dat Gravity falls reference tho). This cute lil' PSYCHIC/DARK fella is one of the closest definitions of Prankster you'll find around. And that's why, its ability is, what did you know, Prankster! Prepare to annoy and be annoyed with this thing, cuz oh boy can it annoy for DAYZ! Seriously tho, if you enjoy prankster support and mons that work well with precise timing strategies, Harlequid is the one you're looking for. While sharing the rare typing of Malamar and Inkay and thus being extremely weak to Bug and Fairy while also having no resistances at all, if you know what you're doing with Harlequid, you won't care about any damn weaknesses, son. Also, if you're one of those people who do not like prankster (what's wrong with you?!), do not fear! Harlequid has an even more annoying ability in the form of a Hidden Ability. However, that ability is a surprise for everybody, so wait until Azery decides to release the game (he's evil I tell you), catch one, use a pill or some shit and then you'll see. So well that was it, hope you'll enjoy this little clown...harlequin....thing. I sure do xD
  13. Nah, I'm asking how long has it been since the last announcement. What even was it, the plant thing?
  14. Hmm, welp, I don't see any wrong calcs, so this seems to be a pretty powerful move under those conditions. If you got a Slaking to use it tho, that would be scary (not that Stoutland isn't any less scary, as a matter of fact).
  15. This one. Is in part the reason why I'm unable to play Oddworld: Abe's oddissey 'til the end, cuz the moment the puzzles with time limits and timing requeriments appear, I just can't. Similar examples include Portal's latest levels, and such. Also when I have to fight a boss or enemy that has some kind of shield defense you have to break in order to deal damage, or a single weak spot and the rest being solid and immune to damage. Most of these come from the devil may cry franchise: Nightmare, Shadows, Nevan, Bloodgoyles, Death Scythe, Sanctus, Faust, Blitz.... all these guys are a PAIN and drain your health like crazy until you can reach to break their shields or reach their weak spots. In reborn and pokemon games in general, is the time a powerful fire type appears in screen. My to-go teams generally just cannot deal with fire types, is a flaw I have when building teams. I pick the fire or grass starter, and then everything else I pick just isn't a ground, rock or water type, so whenever I see things like Darmanitan or Chandelure appear, I shiver.
  16. So there's this cool website called Babel's Librabry, where every possible combination of the letters of the alphabet is written in a page somewhere. That means that everything that can, has and will be thought, said or written is already there somewhere. Turns out you can find any information about any fakemon in Se7en, any quote from any book, any bit from a TV series' scripts.... if you're lucky to find them

      Sutoratosu

      Yeah, I'll say...

so it kinda defeats the whole purpose of a legitimate library :I

What good is knowledge if it is eternally inaccessible even to those with the initiative to even bother searching for it in the first place?

    3. Sutoratosu

      Sutoratosu

((Well, not inaccessible, just eternally ellusive, but that's even worse, like a taunt. It's there, it exists, you have access to it... but you'll just never find it. It's like some very frustrating, dickish joke...)

    4. zimvader42

      zimvader42

Well Strats, that's the actual point of the original story by Jose Luis Borges, "The Library of Babel", that inspired this website.

In that story, the universe of Babel is an infinite Librabry, and so despite there being all knowledge of all things, it was impossible to find so the inhabitants turn to cults and beliefs instead. Is a pretty interesting concept.

  17. This is a common misconception. The move confuse ray inflicts confusion, which is a volatile status condition that all pokémon except those with the ability Own Tempo are affected by. There is no such thing as a type immune to confusion, and that's why it can affect normal types even being a ghost type move, because they're immune to ghost type DAMAGE, not ghost type status moves, except curse and nightmare, which work on everything because their effect is a bit different that of an attacking move. The steel type, however, is immune to poison type damage AND the poison status condition, two separated things, and that is why toxic doesn't work on them, but neither would any other move: if a fighting type had a chance to poison, the move would always be SE on a steel type, but it would never get poisoned as long as it remains steel type. As of now, fire types can't be burned, ice types can't be frozen, poison and steel types can't be poisoned, grass types are not affected by spore and powder moves, ghost are immune to trapping moves and abilities, and electric types are immune to paralysis. The only status moves that actually follows the type immunity chart is Thunder Wave, which is specifically made to be uneffective when used on target's whose type is immune to the move's type. If this specification was removed from its coding within the games, it would actually hit and paralyze ground types, as they're not immune to the paralysis status condition, only the electric type damage. If you don't believe me, use a normalize delcatty with thunder wave, and you'll discover that it now hits ground types, but not ghosts! xD Which reminded me, there's another two mons I find annoying in pokemon games: trapinch and jumpluff. The first, no matter how much you pray to Arceus, will always have arena trap and will trap your lead forcing you to kill it, waste PP, and in some cases getting hurt. Leveling up electric types in a desert area full of trapinch is HELL, and running a mono-electric around these things is a nightmare. The second, for some reason is always, ALWAYS faster than my whole team. I always, ALWAYS find a trainer with it when I don't have ice beam. And it always, MOTHERFUCKING ALWAYS lands its annoying set of sleep powder, stun spore, leech seed and cotton spore. Like, fuck you little ball of...grass. This had got to a point in the past that always that I caught a jumpluff I called it Annoyina. Or Adobe flash, but that's a story for another day.

I guess meteor mash and brick break would be my moves of choice, and then wish to recover the belly drum HP back.

Then again it only has surprise factor once so, yeah...
