say are there any people who can create a romhack for the nds here? or at least someone who is able to edit an nds game to the a little bit?

I'm asking cuz I wanna play through yugioh 5ds over the nexus again and I thought it would be cool to play through it as Yugo. sadly there's not really a clothing style that fits him well not is his hair style in the game so if anyone has the ability to make this small dream of mine a reality could you please do it?
