Oh yeah, first episode.  No strategic value in the canyon.   Though I somewhat played the joke straight unintenitionally, though giving a funny answer instead of philosophical.   

Also, I love the "Why are we still here" meme, so this was an excuse to post it..

well, variations of "Why are we here" are said a LOT in RvB, it's almost like the "It's also a gun" from that series

I've watched the first few seasons years ago, but I still don't remember all the memes right off the bat (hence why I didn't remember the first one until you mentioned quoting RvB).   

The Pumba joke was also a good carryover to RWBY, while the Headlight Fluid/Wiper Juice joke has shown up throughout Rooster Teeth's stuff.
