If I could create a Stand, I think it would be a feminin looking Ice based stand named Ice Queen. And now before you say "How generic", it's actually a mudic reference, to this song:

A song named Ice Queen by a dutch symphonic metal band, their most well known song even (I think). So if I were to ever develop a stand, this would make the most sense
