    You know what, I learned something today. ANY WILD MON CAN FLEE IN GEN 2. So, I'headbutting trees looking for a Heracross. I find one, I lower it's acc and attack it with my oddish (for Cut). Sudden;y this bitch runs away. (I didn;t attack with Quilava because that guys above lvl 20 at the moment and a level 10 heracross won't live a headbutt

      I vaguely remember the swarm encounter rate Pokemon (Dunsparce, quilfish, Yamma, ect) having the flee mechanic, but it might have just been one of them..............or I just have bad memory and am remembering another mon doing so.

       

      Maybe Kabuto for the nickname? possibly is a Kamen Rider reference
