I'll be surprised if Diancie isn't the first to go in the ORAS Mega hurt and heal when that comes. Guess fairies are just punching bags here :/

Looking at all the gen 2 Gym Leaders, I think Bugsy has one of the strongest Aces in potential. Scyther in general is not a weak mon, With Technician Wing Attack/Bug Bite, stab U-turn. Roost (and from gen 5 Eviolite). I think the only two that really have a much better ace are Morty (Gengar) and Clair (Kingdra). Sad that the gen 2 Bugsy is just weak. Ofcourse Whitney is in there somewhere

SpoilerLucina is a time-traveling Princess and daughter of Chrom (the main Lord of Awakening) and a descendant of Marth, the Hero King. In her future shit hits the fan pretty badly because the Fell Dragon, Grima, was resurrected. This eventually led to the demise of her parents and the parents of her companions (like Owain/Odin Dark for example). She fights using the Sword of her father to protect the Earth from Grima for as long as she can until she goes back in time to try and stop shit from hitting the fan. While in the past (without Chrom being aware that she is Lucina) she dawns the name Marthand a butterfly mask to hide her identity. When she is found out and meats with Chrom to reveal herself as Lucina, she simply loses her strength for a bit and cries more than herself (baby Lucina is alive at that point, which can lead to this:
Anyway, back to why she's my favorite).
In general, her story is one of despair and death. Yet she has never once given up. Always pushing herself to her limit. granted she is extremely serious about most everything. And when she lets loose.... let's just say she once named her sword (Parallel Falchion) "Stingy Demon Poker, or something). and she has a great weakness.... bugs. She can not handle bugs.

tbh, I'm a bit sad that Heatbut Tree's are a gen 2 only thing (for this I count hgss as gen 2 for a sec cuz technically they kinda are but not really). It can be a bit annoying to find the right tree, but once you do you don't forget where it is and you will be able to easily fark a certain mon, like Heracross

I think in his mind it would end up hurting her more because she would try to stop him yet failing to do so, adding blame to how Aya feels about it (blaming herself, if she had been nicer she could maybe have stopped him and blah blah blah you get the point). Him acting like he's in the right can simply be that due to him being able to be himself he instantly finds it the right idea. He does, however, know how harsh the world can be when you're alone (remember Heather? No, not the Yanmega. the Girl. when Cain first meets her he wants to make sure she has somewhere to go. He knows how hard being alone is as well as how the freedom makes him feel. Okay, what do I have with semi psycho analyzing characters lately? First Cal, then Victoria and now Cain? What's next, am I gonna Psycho analyze Shelly?

You know what, I learned something today. ANY WILD MON CAN FLEE IN GEN 2. So, I'headbutting trees looking for a Heracross. I find one, I lower it's acc and attack it with my oddish (for Cut). Sudden;y this bitch runs away. (I didn;t attack with Quilava because that guys above lvl 20 at the moment and a level 10 heracross won't live a headbutt

The main reason I like Cain is that he is... colorful, for lack of a better word (helps that I have a friend IRL that is quite a bit like Cain, too). He tries to stay as positive as possible by cracking jokes not only to ease the tension but to calm himself down as much as he can. When you have a parent that simply doesn't respect you for who you are (in this case, Cain being a pansexual) you ought to grow up with stress and some trouble. When he couldn't take it anymore he gathered all his courage and left. I'm not saying I agree with his choice, but I can see where he was coming from (luckily I haven't been in this position myself, but I can see how it can be hard). Try picturing yourself in his shoes (or boots? or whatever), your mother does not accept that you date people of the same gender as you (we don't know the exact limit to how far, but not accepting it is a pretty clear line that she probably tried to tell him it was just a phase or that there was something wrong with him). That alone puts stress on you, and when you hear that you are to be the replacement Poison Type gym leader, only adding more stress... I can 100% see why he ran off (again, not saying I agree, only that I see his reasoning). The main reason Cain is who he is is that he is finally allowed to be. Nobody telling him to "act normal" and everything. The innuendos and jokes are him relieving the stress he has at that point, which is completely understandable. He's a 16-year-old who ran away from home because he simply couldn't take it there anymore for multiple reasons. so, of course, he will need to relieve stress in the least harmful way. It may be annoying and inappropriate, but it's still better than him leaving a few marks on himself with a knife or something.

First of all, Cal is my favorite character in the game (well, no shit). This is mainly because I see a lot of myself in him. Misguided by anger and easy to piss off while trying to change this, which is quite like me. or at least how I was. I still wish to change myself in that regard, but I've gotten pretty good grips on my anger issues, though they will never truly be gone (yeah... downside to having Aspergers. Really fucking sucks). Seeing his redemption for the first time made me realize that I too could be redeemed, and that filled me with quite a bit of hope for myself. So wherever the IRL Cal is, thanks a lot
