Some people managed to obtain it by hacking/cheating and then breeding and trading. others by using the sandbox mode (ep 16). outside of that it's unobtainable. And if you ask why, it's because this badass bug is a bit too strong for now

I will say bug. Because it's one of my favorite types, water is my least favorite type and we have a bugg type specialist (@Jess) on the forums who can be a potential guide

Hello there people of the forums. I am here today hoping to start a little discussion about something that has "plauged my mind" for a while. Can your opinion of Reborn be ruined if your first impression of the game is a Nuzlocke? Please let me know what you think , but be respectful of others opinions. So if you disagree with someone and want to call them a "dumb idiot who should drink base liquids" (you know, the Verlisify treatment) just don't say anything. So, I personally believe that ones opinion on Reborn can quite easilly be ruined by a Nuzlocke. My reason for thinking so is because Reborn is more of a trial and error game than many other Pokémon games, be it main series or fan game. Reborn's biggest strength is that the boss battles are some of the best battles in any Pokémon game. However, if you don't know anything about the boss or the field effect it can quickly turn into a lost Nuzlocke before you even got a badge. Or it can make a game that's easily the hardest Pokémon game I've played even harder (no shit sherlock) to the point where it could be considered "Bullshit", because the boss has a good match up with the field effect (looking at you Blake...). In other words, some of Reborn's greatest strength can become it's downfall if you first time playing the game is a Nuzlocke (at least from my point of view). So yeah, do you agree with me? Do you disagree with me? Please let me know

you do not want Petal Dance on Roserade AT ALL. That move may be strong, but the risk of getting locked in on an ice type or something is to big. + the confusion is never a good thing. if you wanna replace any move for D-gleam, it's that one

I'm feeling like a bad guy, so I'm gonna say Fighting. "But Wolfox, there are a lot of good fighting types. Why would you be a bad guy for suggesting that type?". Very simple person who questions me, the metagame. Now, I know that meta and reborn are far apart. But, that doesn't mean they can't translate into each other, of only slightly. Case in point: Fighting is one of the worst types in the Monotype meta. due to many counters in the types they're strong against, many types that completely blow them out of the water (for example fairy)n and last but not least: balance. or lack thereof. most fighting types are physical attackers and kinda slow. Like, the fastest one I can think of right now is Infernape and that's only slightly above base 100 (not counting speed boost blaziken btw), so a good to decent physical wall will just send you packing. Also, believe it or not, but Meganium is pretty decent in Reborn due to it being quite a bulky mon. also Chikorita is the cutest starter ever, and that also counts

everyone has their own opinion. but in the past when I spoke with dbz fans they would not hear mine and try to force theirs down my throat. needless to say, jumping on defense when talking about this has become a reflex

I didn't really look into it because (as you probably noticed), I'm not exactly a fan of Dragonball. I liked the first Anime, but once Z hit it went downhill for me (an unpopular opinion I believe). "Oh shit! Another being that can destroy the planet with ease! Better call Goku before things actually go wrong." is my general view of the series after the Frieza saga. speaking of Frieza, that battle is the longest onscreen battle in Anime at this point right? how is that a good thing exactly? it shows that the show makes a god damn snail look fast and yet it's praised for being that long by some. But yeah. my knowledge on the topic is low, which doesn't give me the right to judge other people who share knowledge about it in any way shape or form.

I'm kind of upset this series is getting a third game. to mee it seems to hit the same slump the anime and manga have hit in early dbz. at the moment it has all been done before in the franchise so I would say that it's just not really needed. "Oh another group of bad guys who managed to get past our defences, while we are trained to defend time!". really... it's just hit that point where the first time it was not that bad. the second time it gets less original and the third time is just "really? again? I get that when it comes to originality in what happens Dragon Ball isn;t the franchise to be looking at, but this is a bit too much.". I mean, the second game seemed more like an expansion than a whole new game to me. So yeah, I'm justwaiting for Xenoverse 10, when everyone will understand that it's just a cashgrab targeting people with a high amount of Nostalgia for dbz and such.
