So, I've spoken about JoJo realy positive in the past (and I most likely will keep doing so), but there is also one thing that I dislike about the series. the memes. Now, before you point your guns at me, allow me to explain. The "to be continued" to me is funny if used right. but then we reach the "But it was me, Dio!" one, where I can not see the humor. He just sexually asaulted a young woman just to make his adopted brother misserable after he had already killed his dog. hell, she literally washes her mouth after it. the impact that the scene originally has is just gone when you use it as a meme. maybe I'm just looking into it too much, but yeah, not a fan of the Dio meme

Wether you say "the manga is better" for the JoJo anime or not, there's one thing you can not deny: they went through many hoops that they didn;t need to go through at some points. like making 2 special ending songs and animations that were both used twice max. One of them inculding everyone's favorite cowboy: Hol Horse

I would say Roserade, as the options it opens for the rest of your team are the best with it (and because it's one of my favorite mons and I'm biased)

So... here's a little question that I thought of.
In Yo-kai Watch there's is a random chance of getting sucked into Terror Time. Terror Time is a moment where you have to flee from an Oni. You can pick up rare items while you're in there but the longer you're in there the more mini oni spawn that will lead the big Oni to you.
Now, I really like this feature, it can instantly put you on edge when you're just trying to collect some Yo-kai. There's one thing I don;t get tho: That Oni is probably one of the strongest non boss Yo-kai in the game. Stronger than the final boss of the main story even. Heck, this Oni even protects the gates to the final boss with his brothers from things going wrong. Question here is: if that Oni is there to stop shit from going wrong and if he's that strong, why didn't he just bop the final boss and make things right?
Sorry for the little rant, I just get like that sometimes when I see something that doesn't make sense to me.

actually, the first episode with gen 6 still had Ralts in the early game, before being replaced by gothita, and then espurr.

I didn't even notice it was past the anniversary date. Thank you for pointing that out.
Honestly, I more consider January 7th the anniversary, since that was when I logged in again and made my first post (with me creating it on Dec 7 simply to download the community release of a game I hadn't played before). Still, that was my technical anniversary, I suppose.

Hi everyone, I would say who it is but you see the name on the post. Now, it's no secret that I'm a fan of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. To the point where I named most of the Yo-kai that I used in Yo-kai Watch after Jojo stands or characters. I also love nicknaming Pokémon, tho I'm pretty bad at it. so bad, in fact, that I can only really find 2 mons that I can name after a Stand: Infernape being Star Platinum and Medicham being Crazy Diamond. Please help me find a mon I can nickname after The World. I beg you. -

best way to find one is a bug/dark/ghost type and hitting it with a stab move. once it has rattled you have an easy way of beating many early game battles

So... I just learned something funny. In JoJo part 4 the Crusaders were originally gonna have someone else join them. This was, however, scrapped and they got Iggie and The Fool instead. "But Wolfox, who was gonna join them if not Iggie?" Well, it's this guy:
Hol Horse.
Yeah, that guy was originally gonna turn on Dio. But this was scrapped. Personally I would have loved to see Hol Horse and Jotaro or Polnareff fighting against Dio. I mean, I still like Iggie and The Fool, but think about how Hol Horse would fit with the gang and potentially live to part 4 and beyond (or get killed instead of Kakyoin)

I would not. my reasoning for this is a religious quote that, while I'm not religious myself, really got my gears turning: The devils best trick was making the world think he didn't exist. So by making people think I don't have this power, I'll be able to get the most use out of it. I also like to think that I would only use it for good or if there's no other way to get out of certain situations. but I'm no Jonathan Joestar, I can be corrupted -

uhm, what mon is using smart strike and who is it being used on? believe it or not but that can influence it greatly

So, I just finished Yo-kai Watch. I won;t give a full review, but I will say that I really like the game. if you own it but havenlt played it I suggest you at least give it a try.
I will, however, say that there is one part of the game that coul have been done better. The befriending mechaninc. Now, I for one really like this mechanic, but it has a little flaw IMO. For those who don't know what it does; that's what allows you to "catch" Yo-kai and add them to your party. There's an issue tho, because it's completely random unless you befriend them during the story. Like, you can throw the max level of their favorite food at them and burst a friendship wisp and they will still not be too likely to wanna befriend you. And at other times one that you didn't even try to befriend wants to befriend you... (Funny story, I actually tried for about an hour to befriend a certain Yo-kai by spamming it's favorite food at it, and instead I befriend ones that I didn't even want...) it's only a minor complaint tho, for the rest the game is really good and fun.
