I'm resetting for a good eevee. Trying to decide what it will evolve into, first of all: Probably Sylveon. However, I may choose Vaporeon instead, since you can catch a Flabebe later in the game. On the other hand, I could always go back and catch a Wooper. Since I don't have a rain team and my starter is a Delphox, I'd obviously want Water Absorb over Hydration on Vaporeon. As for Sylveon... Is it possible to get Hyper Voice on it at all in this game? I'd assume not since I haven't seen any move tutors thus far. If not, I'm thinking Cute Charm may be the more useful ability? Also, something I've been wondering for a while: Can eggs randomly hatch with their hidden abilities in this game, or do you need to do something special in order to get them? Any other ideas as to what would be a good evolution for it? I would like a water type with high stats that I actually like, but the same goes for a fairy type. Both have good defenses and can hit pretty hard, so I'm not concerned about stuff like wish being useless in-game. However, I'm open to suggestions.

There's two if you choose to fight Sigmund in the Yuruya factory, and two more if you don't (in which case you fight Sirius instead). Basically, it only shows two options once you get there, but which two options you get depend entirely on an earlier event.

I guess I'm either lazy or picky, then. The only mons on my team that I don't see being horribly outclassed by the end of the game are Delphox and Cofagrigus.

I think that's the one I played. He deserved it... But I think my Emolga could've done a better job (I still use that thing. Volt Switch is amazing.). Nice and slow... And electrifying. Eye for an eye, you know? .... Would it be against the rules to start a "ways to kill "Doctor" Sigmund" thread?

I dunno, thus far I've gotten the impression that his bluster hides some sort of insecurity. He won't admit when he loses, and just says that he went easy and the like... If he were really confident, he wouldn't have such an issue with such things. Actually, now I wonder if his hatred of the main character stems from a feeling of insecurity that he's hiding from even himself; in other words, he's scared of it getting loose. ... My reply here is completely discordant with the mood and not actually on topic. I'm sorry.

Just looking for videos (or if those aren't available, scripts or screenshots) of all four possible outcomes to protecting the kids' house from the crazy evil doctor and Sirius. I chose not to battle the doctor in Yuruya (quite by accident... I was trying to save first) and chose right in the house, and I've found a video of someone who chose to battle him earlier (and therefor battled Sirius in the house) selecting stay downstairs... I'm also assuming that the story afterwards changes for each; is this correct? I really with I'd been able to find the save data like I tried to so I could have played at least two of the routes, but I've saved since so it's no good.

Is he gay or bi? It seems like it should be obvious when you read between the lines a little, but I'm not so great at that and since he jokes so much it's difficult to tell. It doesn't help that my player character is a girl... I'm fairly certain he's gay, since outside of his flirting (which he seems to be joking around with) that's definitely what it alludes to, but um... Does anybody know the word of god on this?

Never mind, it finally turned up. I wonder why it took so long, since I fought them ages ago... Wondering at which point people got their final teams now, because they work for me right now but I don't love the pokemon I'm using.

Ahhh, I didn't know about that. In any case, I already ground and evolved geodude, so... Come to think of it, I can't remember if I got an onix or not. Thanks, though.

What it says on the tin. I'm planning to set up stealth rock on Shade (and then sucker punch his team to death with Cacturne, but I digress), and the only pokemon capable of learning it right now is Geodude at level 36. Just want to know if it's worth grinding. Also, does anyone know of a mega thread for small questions like these? I looked around, but couldn't find it. I'd rather not clog up the forums.

Not sure if this is the right forum for this thread. Please tell me if it isn't! Anyway, I'm just wondering if any catch rates have been changed? I just used my entire pokeball stash on a shiny Beedrill (and didn't catch it...) Am I just extremely unlucky?
