So it sounds like a lot of the Pokemon events have been taken out of the game... should I just start from the earliest episode to ensure I get all of them before they're removed? Is there even a way to get them otherwise? :s

IIRC? I feel like I don't understand a lot of abbreviations on this site. haha. Good to know about the max EV values, and thanks for the tip!

I was about to ask, haha. I figured people surely couldn't memorize which pokemon had EVs in which stats. You are all lovely! Thanks for helping!! I think IV breeding might not be my forte, and I'll just leave that to the competitive peeps.

Silver, that was very informative and well explained. What I'm understanding is, in the case of EV training, in order to amp up one of my pokemon's specific stats, I would have to battle pokemon which have high values of that particular stat? also thanks to Sheep for making me feel better about my average-stats Pokémon.

What is it, even? Does everyone do it? Are all of my Pokemon exceptionally weak compared to all of yours? WHEN DID I GO WRONG? WHEN DID I STOP LEARNING HOW TO POKEMON? Feeling dumb and stressed. The last game I played was SS, and I wasn't very adamant about it. When did everyone learn how to breed and train like crazy? What do EV/IV stand for? ugh. Help plz.

So I'm Cheeeeech... I played a crazy amount of Pokemon growing up, and continued to play until Soul Silver, after which I lost my DS and never got a new one. I fell behind and couldn't recognize the newest generations of Pokemon, so I'm glad I've had reborn to catch me up. Buuut I still get confused about certain things, (currently things related to breeding/ev training... what even is that?) and would like to make some friends to help a trainer out. So hai! Also... what's the deal with trainer cards on this website?

I'm caught up and waiting for the next episode. You're saying it is possible to find Ralts in 7th street at my current level of progress, or that I have to back up to episode 11 in order to get one?

Yeah, I was thinking along the same lines as you on Mawile. I think I just didn't want to rule it out- I think it's super creepy and awesome. But the stats had me shaking my head. It'll be Sylveon or Gardevoir in the end.

I'm going to train a Fairy Pokémon to have in my rotation, but I'm a bit indecisive about which one I want. I've never been the biggest fan of the Fairy type, but I'm leaning between Mawile, Sylveon, and Gardevoir. Any comments or suggestions? Pros & cons? Am I overlooking the best one in your opinion?
