You will get to 7th street after beating psychic gym .. When you beat him come back to reborn city and talk to your magma/aqua leader he will let you enter 7th street

If you got soundproof whismur you need not worry.. Chattot can't do a thing to soundproof Pokemons.. And you get Mareep in jasper ward

catch a bidoof and evolve him to bibarel and trade it for Litleo . Its very helpful.There are lot more good pokemons available in peridot ward like budew and espurr.. And you wont get excadrill or umbreon until you beat 5 gyms OML i forgot the beast kriketune.. It swept entire first two gyms lol. Technician fury cutter sweep

The team looks good but you need to change moves of some pokemon. I suggest Knock off on Scizor , stab Shadow ball on Gengar in place of Night shade(why even night shade?) Dark pulse can be replaced by extrasensory. Dark pulse is for only Aegislash

Just edit your post and update. Mono poison seems cool. Good luck.. There are many poison pokemons availabe early. You can also catch grimer with old rod in reborn city. Train Skuntank and Drapion before battling Radumus . It will be very useful

Fire starter is best to start with.. I would suggest you to start with a fire starter pokemon or greninja

If you are going to use mega, the ev spread you mentioned works good.. Or you can also try max hp max speed evs as diancie already got the bulk and damn good attacking stats when mega evolving. It has very low hp so my suggestion is max hp and speed
