The only Pokemon that aren't fully evolved (NFE) that have tiers outside of PU, where most reside, are Chansey (OU), Pory2 (UU), Doublade (UU), Gligar (UU), Fletchinder (RU), Golbat (RU), Sneasel (RU), Togetic (RU), Combustken (NU), Ferroseed (NU), Piloswine (NU), Rhydon (NU), and Scyther (NU), just in case anyone is wondering.

I'm in the process of finishing up high school. Once I do, I will go onto college and study hard to become a lawyer, since I recently realized that this would be one of the best applications of my talents that would still allow me to work on my dream of changing this world for the better. There is a lot of power in those who control and make the laws and quite frankly they have done a pretty rotten job here in America, as Big Money and Special Interest Groups have slowly taken over more and more of the government, which rightfully ought to belong to the people. I don't want this monstrosity of corruption to get any worse than it already is and so, as stupid and naive aa it seems, I want to use whatever abilities I may have to fight for a worthy cause. At the moment though, I am stuck in high school, but next year (that'll be my last year in high school) I'll be taking some online college courses to get a head start.

Name of Book: Unwind (Series) Author: Neal Shusterman Category (Sci-Fi, Action, Comedy etc.): Sci-Fi Summary (optional): Imagine a world in which the United States fought a second civil war, this time about abortion. The nation was torn in two to such an extent that the US Military, acting as a mediator, proposed the Unwind Accords, a treaty which was intentionally designed to be so horrifying that it would shock the sides out of fighting each other and snap out of the stupor. But then this plan backfired and it backfired hard when both sides agreed to the treaty and the "War of Life" was over. You see, since it was such a polarized issue, every sort of government function began to break down, including public schools. This lead to mass amounts of teenagers to being stuck on the streets and so they naturally decide to organize and work to end the war in any way they can. The US Government sought to remove two birds with one stone: find a solution to the war and find a solution to the gluttons of children assaulting them into actually doing their jobs. The Unwind Accords allowed parents to chose to "Unwind" their children if they ever became a problem or they decided they no longer desired them. "Unwinding" was where the person was essentially taken apart, piece by piece, and divided up for organ donation. Except for one extra stipulation: the person is still alive, only fractured to the point where each part of their body holds a sliver of their personality. The story takes place in this society which has adapted to the idea of absolute compliance or unwinding being used as a more "permanent" solution to troublesome children. Also, to answer Viri's question, mde made a book review thread, although this thread serves a similar function it is not quite the same role, as this thread could be visited first to receive recommendations for books before a person delved too far in depth into the meat of the book.

I believe that communication would develop between both species and that our relationship, whatever form it may take, would be able to work passed such boundaries. Science is always progressing and I trust it to be able to make the world a more open and interesting place. On that note, I would certain engage in some sort of relationship with another species because I am an innately curious person (sometimes dangerous so) and I would love to be able to expand my horizons once more. What sort of extraterrestrial life do you think is out there?

Honestly, I have a hard time picturing Vero with anything but a Charmander due to the art that someone- I think it was Will- made a while back of Vero Mega Evolving his Zard X. And that's saying something considering that I always play as Vero and have never even used Charmander in Reborn.
