  1. I love Victini. He's like a little mini-me.

  2. Well that's my "interview" done with. He said no one failed, so that's a plus, I doubt I did too good though.

  3. I would recommend SacredGold/StormSilver and BlazeBlack/VoltWhite (1 or 2). They're fairly simple games which are like the main series games+ a bit more. Also since it is a rom hack, the creator was kind enough to all trade evolutions to occur normally. Something neat about these games in particular is they contain all the Pokemon as availible in their generation and you can obtain all of these pokemon through normal play. There are fun little events that allow for extra items, pokemon, battles, and encounters with various peoples for their respective generations. In SGSS, Cynthia gifts the player an Eevee after the player's first visit to the Pokemon league. Certain evolutions, such as Glaceon and Leafeon, have had their evolution methods changed to make them possible to obtain before the first gym. I would recomment them. They aren't super expansive, but since I like to go back and play through the main series games every few years anyway, I find them to be nice little additions.
  4. Honestly, Axew is gettign so much hype because while it may be OK in comp, in Reborn it can absolutely decimate everything it in its path after a couple of DDs, which are easily obtained due to AI not switching. Plus, he's a Haxorous. He's awesome looking, with or without shiny. He can steam roll through most things and he can do Flygon's jobs better than Flygon.
  5. Golett is also a decent option imo. It can have Iron Fist or No Guard, both of which are good. It starts with Pound, so you don't need to worry about Normal type's immunity. The problem I'd seen is Florina... but hey, I'm sure you could find a way through it.
  6. There aren't many three stage Ghosts, so you're a tad restricted with a Ghost "starter." I think the one ones that exist are the following: -Duskull line -Gastly line -Honedge line -Litwick line Out of these, I would say Litwick might work out the best. It has a useful secondary typing and it will be able to deal with a problem that is extremely important to consider: most of the Pokemon you face before Julia have normal typing, thus preventing you from even killing them with a Ghost type move. It also is decently strong while not being tooooo good, like Honedge's lovely typing for either defense or offense or Gastly's later insane Special Attack.
  7. So I have a job "interview" in my Spanish class today. I'm bad enough in job interviews in English, nevermind Spanish or any other language for that matter. Wish me luck guys! Heavens knows I'll need it,

Good luck mate. I still have trouble speaking Spanish as it is... can't even think of doing a job interview in it..

      Good luck, YOU GOT THIS.

  8. I just really need to talk about The Schwa Was Here by Neal Shusterman... before I forget.

  9. So with the recent update of the obtainable Pokemon list to include the powerful dragon Axew, we here at Reborn have all collectively decided to jump to conclusions. Wynaut, after all? It's not like we have anything else to do. More on topic, however, as many have discovered by now, the Axew event requires Rock Climb. So if we can get Axew... then we'll have tons of other areas to explore via Rock Climb. So I decided, hey, ya know what? Let's make a list compiling all the Rock Climb locations for ease and connivence of all! I'm at school at the moment so I'll edit this when I can. These first three are just the ones off the top of my head. Known Rock Climb Locations- -Axew cave (by the waterfall where Amaria and Titania jump off) -Path from Circus to Calcenon City -Small slope by the Apophyll Academy with a TM -Iollia Valley (specific location needed, Mint_Spaghetti reminded me of this, so thanks for that)
  10. On that note, I'm going to guess that Volcarona is going to be to so insane to acheive and you'll have to take a path like you have to to get to Beldum (dang English is weird... to to get to is 'proper' somehow...).
  11. *rushes to get a mudkip on his current run*

  12. It's really fun to just stare right at people, right through their eyes and their facade of mental stability and know right then and there that your will can easily overpower their own. It's frightening to have it occurr to you, but awesome to put it into action.

I would love ti see a facade crumble or someone squirm under a gaze like that. Sorry it's just that my thoughts have some bizarre conclusions sometimes...

  13. I'd like to draw attention to a possibility that we've all but ignored here. All these comments and theories are considering "will it be Amaria or Titania or a suprise Hardy/Ciel/Adrienn?" But let's branch out a bit and think outside the box. What if there was not just one gym battle this episode, but rather two- although not in the way you think? What if the branched stories went so far as to effect gym order as well? It's not an entirely outlandish suggestion. We've seen battles that have been interchangeable, particuarly in the case of the Sigmund/Sirius battles from a while ago, which resulted from a slight story branch. What I propose is this: it could be either our lovely Water leader or our (ironically) firey Steel leader and which one you face is based on your story branch from the choice in the house an episode or two ago. Do you tell her or not? Which leader do you face as a result? Now there may not be a proper field for Titania yet and most of this theory is probably just wrought by the fact that I'm tired and should go to bed before he accidentally destroys something in art class or kills someone in chemistry tomorrow, but that's besides the point. I will just leave this here and try to think outside the box a bit. Feel free to add, qualify, or refute (especially since you would have anyway).
  14. Today was my birthday and while most 16 yo's would seize this opportunity and go grab their driving licence immediately, I think I'll wait a bit. I don't need another expense in my life.

  15. This isn't a big enough problem to justify a whole bug report post, but I'd like to point out that "truly" is misspelled as "truely" in the lecture "The value of loss, and the danger of victory," in the Apophyll Academy.

    1. Fumble

      Fumble

Maybe put that in the Typos and Tile Errors thread, if it hasn't been noted.

  16. If you side with the Aqua Gang, you can obtain it once you gain access to the Lapis Ward. If you side with the Magma Gang, you must first route the Aqua members from their alley to gain access to it. The quest to route the opposing gang becomes available immediately after Shelly's defeat.
  17. I don't remember where exactly, but I remember Ame saying something along the lines of having two endings: one that's the basic ending and another that you can only achieve through doing absolutely everything exactly right. So yeah. That's a thing.
  18. Who says there won't be multiple Kingdras? It has excellent typing and multiple sets that work well. I could definitely see two Kingdras as a possibility.
  19. There are other ways to negate levitate: Smack Down (Greninja has access to this and let's be frank here: Amaria *will* have have a fully EV trained Greninja), Gastro Acid (Seismitoad can learn this actually, so look out), and Gravi- WAIT. HOLD UP FOR ONE SECOND. STARMIE LEARNS GRAVITY. WTH.
  20. "I have an unfortunate personality." -Fern "The older I grow the more I distrust the familiar doctrine that age brings wisdom." -Dumbledore "We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do." -The Cheshire Cat "May the forces of evil become confused on the way to your house." -Gandalf
  21. ^thinks fertilizer would not still be a terrible thing to have explode all over your city.
  22. Just a slight note here, Quick Claw only gives a 20% chance to move first in your priority bracket, not 70%.
  23. iirc, you can begin battling the daily trainers every day post Shelly.
