  1. What if Hollywood remade every movie with Pokemon? Tbh, I know quite a few which would be improved by the presence of some adorable little Pocket Monsters. Might improve the acting.
  2. ^one had an avatar but then everything changed when Amon attacked
  3. Numel is actually insane in the early game. He just Focus Energied, spammed Lava Plume, and killed Taka's entire first team in seven turns.

Also, before it evolves (assuming you want Solid Rock because it's the best Camerupt ability), the ability that lines up with Solid Rock is Simple, which allows for Numel to instaly get to +4 special defense with Amnesia and/or +2 phsical stats with Curse. We need to talk about Numel more, my gosh.

Thanks, I already got it with Solid Rock. Actually, the whole thing's here. (shameless selfpromoting up ahead) http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=13692entry316380

  4. Whenever I make it to the Onyx Trainer's School (in game) I always find it terribly ironic how Titania's Diary talks about how you shouldn't be reading other people's diaries.

  5. Here's some words of advice: if you want to play Little Cup, don't make a team weak to water. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/lc-229313325

Does Koffing learn WoW? Because that guy could have turned the match around by burning Corphish instead of going for Pain Split...

  6. Apparently there's a move called Celebrate which is just a glorified Splash. It just sends up a little message that says "Congratulations, !"

  7. "Recitation: First, weapon selection is critical. If I see one more idiot attacking a Jedi with a blaster pistol, then I'll kill them myself." ―HK-47
  8. Dig activates the effect "Dig In!" which allows Cake "Shrapnel" to fly up and hit the target for bonus damage. Also, Dig is completed in one turn. Cut also destroys the field and turns it into a "slice" field which is the same as the Cake field, but all boosts are weaker. Using Cut again destroys the field entirely. Draining moves trigger the response "Let them eat cake," which causes twice as much health to be drained. Swallow heals to max health. Belch does triple damage. Explosion, Self-Destuct, and Aftermath all terminate the field. Lick restores health. Sweet Scent has its effect tripled. Celebrate (wait that's a move???) is learned via level up by Eevee at lvl 100 and acts as a OHKO move. Also, all Jaw based moves share the same effect with cut. Ame make this a thing pls.
  9. "The Jedi... the Sith... you don't get it, do you? To the galaxy, they're the same thing; just men and women with too much power, squabbling over religion, while the rest of us burn." ―Atton Rand
  10. Look at it this way: Ame and crew only have so much time to actually work on Reborn. They are currently allocating all of their Reborn time towards actually making progress and making that lovely percent completion go up slowly but surely. Perhaps when they've finished releasing Episode 15 and making sure they have patched any extra bugs that pop up they'll find time to do tasks such as update the charterers' page and other miscellaneous smaller corrections around the site. Personally, I'm glad that the dev team chooses to spend their time making real progress into the development rather than add details to the website, and, more specifically, these are likely the sorts of detail revealed or gleamed through in game interactions and dialogue already.
  11. I've been thinking about using a Hawlucha for a while, but I am no where near as good of a team builder as you are so I would be quite grateful if you could assist me in my endeavor. Here's the set I'm trying to make work: Hawlucha @ Focus Sash Ability: Unburden EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Adamant Nature - Hone Claws - Acrobatics - High Jump Kick - Stone Edge The basic idea I'm working off of is to set up Hone Claws until my opponent decides to work me down to my sash. From there, HJK and Stone Edge should hit 100% of the time and thus allow for the destruction of most anything with the excellent coverage between SE, HJK, and a now boosted Acrobatics.

  13. TIL that the ability Soundproof does not actually block the move Sonicboom, despite its name being based on sound.
  14. *playing through Reborn again and fighting against Simon/Tara for the first time* I am so so sorry. I wish it didn't have to be this way.

  15. I feel like this is a stab at F. Scott Fitzgerald, the famed author of "The Great Gastby," on of the masterpieces of American Literature, so I must detest any such nickname. Kabuto named "FlaseGod."
  16. I might be there. We'll have to see, though.
  17. I'm not going to put a whole list here, just some mons I feel like really do excellent jobs and haven't received their proper recognition for their efforts. 1. Aron- Aron is a cool mon to make use of in LC. It has a couple of useable abilities depending on how you want to use it, although Sturdy is by far the best. It can set up your SR no questions asked, go down to 1 HP, drink some Berry Juice and be back at full health, thus giving it a free turn to do whatever it pleases. Furthermore, Aron is one of, if not the, single densest little monster in LC. Pair this with the ability to Smash literally anything with Heavy Slam and you have yourself a mean little jerk who can plow through teams if used properly. My favored strategy is to just Rock Polish turn 1 when your opponent expects Sr to go up, then proceed to sweep through half their team with just a little Aron. Smogon gives it a C, but I'd give it an A especially since no one sees this little fella coming. 2. Corpish- Spell it out with me folks: A-D-A-P-T-A-B-I-L-I-T-Y. Adaptability is the main selling point of Corpish, and boy, does it drive a hard bargain. You want a revenge killer? Bam, done. It comes in, it either gets a nice Knock Off, you have your Corpish start dancing with swords or like a dragon and proceed to spam Aqua Jet with SD or even Waterfall if you are using DD. Without setting up, Corpish can actually out damage SF Totodile. Those calcs were juse again Slowpoke because it was the first LC Tank I could think of. Anyway, more on point, Corpish deserves some respect. He can tear through some teams if you're not careful. He may not have a ton of coverage moves, but with Adaptability, who needs 'em? Smogon gave it a B but I would rate it as an A+.
  18. I don't know what I just walked in on.... How about a Shing-aling?
