I got a Mime Jr. in a house just outside the Lapis ward. A old man wanted a Sunkern for it. It's the second house next to the stairs that lead to Lapis.

Can anyone tell me where to find metal coat? I've gathered that it is supposed to be where you fight the giant Steelix but so far I haven't been able to find anything. I need to evolve my Onix for a gym battle.
