Up in the top right corner there is a "room" with several pipes. There's no real secret to it other than that, it's just trial and error to fit all the tubes in place.

I've had success with this: -Boomburst -Air Slash/Hurricane (Flinch+Accuracy vs. Power+Confuse) -Super Fang -Flamethrower With a silk scarf to maximize that boomburst power.
