V13 - Performance issues

Game spazzes out and randomly clicks everything as soon as I start it up, I'm on windows 10, not sure if there's a fix for this, didn't have a problem with the last version of the game. -

Just so i can work it out, is the overall cap 510, with 255 being max per stat? or is it 252.

Bummer, im using the item guide, but yeah, i do speak with everyone i see lol, i'm only up to the 2nd gym though, not sure where the item finder is. -
