Squirtle as itself isn't that good, but oh boy if you have the energy to reset for a shiny one. It's almost as if the TMNT Squirtle had an increase of 100 in each of it's base stats. It's that badass.

Why would they add an idiotic field effect like that? There is NO field effect that makes it stupidly hard. You can always find your way through. If you can't win, change something.How do Zeta and Omicron make the game hard with core difficulty? What if the core difficulty is way too easy in the in-market games? Raise the opponent's Pokes levels, give them all Double Team? Create new fakemons with 1600 base stats or give Reuniclus an ability that makes it the fastest, bulkiest AND strongest special attacker in the game? The game isn't all about gyms and neither it should be. It's a real good story with way more intense gameplay than any other turn based Pokemon game has given. It incorporates decision making. When you win, it makes you feel like you've accomplished something.

Cinccino's Bullet Seed was a 2HKO on the Togekiss. It used either Nasty Plot which went to waste or Air Slash which almost fainted my Belle. It then proceeded to Rock Blast Noivern I believe. Or my beloved Vileplume Maleficent shot it down with Moonblast. Crawdaunt destroyed Archeops, Gliscor and Talonflame with STAB Adaptability Mystic Water boosted Aqua Jet. Toulouse the Sylveon 2HKOed Mega Altaria with Moonblast, while it could do nothing back. It was the easiest leader so far, honestly. Too big of a water priority weakness. She was supposed to be defensive too, but how are you going to be defensive with Archeops, Talonflame and Noivern?

You started the topic by comparing the two and even had some positive things to say about Reborn. After that you've just been bashing it. You say that you can't use fields? Learn. You also say that fields are artificial difficulty whereas overleveled opponents aren't. The heck? You say that the game is just going from gym to another. The hell? Have you even freaking played the game? You say that Dark Rising is harder than this and complain about Reborn being a grindfest. Dark Rising is nothing else than a grindfest. I'm kind of pissed. If you don't like something, okay. But atleast try to back that opinion with REAL facts if someone questions yours. Ugh.

The totem in Rhodochrine Jungle. How have people gotten Natu from it? On my save it just circles through Baltoy, Elgyem and Golett. The Natu is the head of the totem and the Poke you battle is always the one which is at the bottom.

Episode 12 already had the 6th gen Pokés so it shouldn't be the problem. My suggestion is, honestly, don't do it. A lot of things can cause corruption and episode jumping is one of them. Most of the time it is harmless and I did it like a year ago too, but I'd rather not deal with the possible corruption. I'd love to have Sludge Bomb on my Vileplume too but it's not too bad.

I'd really love to have a Frillish. Preferably female but not that big of a deal. I've got everything you can get legitly since Episode 12 + a Togepi. I've also got some well bred Pokés with great IVs like Ralts, Corphish, Oddish, Eevee, Cyndaquil and so. Just ask.

I really freaking really want to use a Castform out of all the over seven hundred critters we know. It's ridiculously weak yet so ridiculously cute. Name it Sugarballs and have it just learn both Sunny Day and Rain Dance to ruin Water/Fire users filled with Weather Ball and something like umm Energy Ball? Elementary. Haven't played sixth gen didn't even remember it had a Mega. It looks pretty sweet actually, gives me some weird Doctor Who vibes.

Audino is such a horrible copy of Chansey it makes me wanna weep under my sheets for a week straight and then drink the tears mixed with bomb shrapnel. Does it actually learn surf?

It's essentially the same event, but instead of trading him a Growlithe you trade a Growlithe egg and get a mystery egg back. So reset until you get a female one or wait for Ditto.

I voted for the double battle potential Grass/Fairy combo has with all those support moves and defensive Pokes. Plus Pyrrhon already plays an Ice run.

It's not that bad actually except for its movepool. Surprisingly bulky, pretty good typing and the forementioned abilitied. Simple + Curse is actually pretty legit in lower tiers.

Oh, cool. With the repeatable trainers in Grand Hall and this guy we can finally say goodbye to the Ruby Cavern Rhydons and the level 90 Wailords.

Shroomish is available in the Police Officer event, where you get a random egg. What egg you get is determined by a random number generator when you pick your starter. So it's essentially a 1/18 chance to get one.
