You can evolve Eevee into Glaceon (Glaziola is the German name ) in the cave at the western end of North Aventurine Woods.

I would recommend using this. But if you prefer to do it manually just go to C:\Users\[USERNAME HERE]\Saved Games\Pokemon Reborn and copy the Game.rxdata file to a safe location.

Is it possible to make pokemon battle sprites bigger?

You could also just change the size of those sprites yourself, but that would probably reduce the quality. -
Berserk, Darker than Black, Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom, Claymore, Ergo Proxy... I don't even like this genre, but those animes are just too good to miss out on.
