So does this just increase the fps so your games runs smooth, or is it able to speed up the game? My game already runs smooth, but if it can speed it up I would use it.
Even with Magnet Rise, Rhydon learns a lot of strong fighting moves. Aggron has a 4x weakness to fighting. So yeah Rhydon should always win this.

I forgot about Bulldoze... Rhydon would win probably. Bulldoze and then Earthquake. And even without Bulldoze a bulky Rhydon might be able to take two Earthquakes and survive.
